ね	ねずみのちゃーなす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで色々な汁なし担々麺を食べてきましたが、ここが広島一だと思っています。まぁひとそれぞれ味の好みがあるとは思うけどね。他店の汁なしと違い、王道とは少し方向性が違い、ごま風味が無くカレースパイスの様な感じの風味です。山椒は舌を痺れさせるほど入れるとヤミツキになります。店主はシャイで無口な方です。 I've eaten various Shirunashi Tantanmen noodles, but I think this is the best in Hiroshima. Well, I think each person has their own taste. Unlike other stores without soup, it has a slightly different direction from the royal road, and it has no sesame flavor and a flavor like curry spice. If you add Japanese pepper to the extent that it numbs your tongue, it will become irritating. The owner is shy and reticent.

ラ	ラーメンマンDX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 汁なし坦々麺の大盛でいただきました。店内に入って食券を買うのですが、他の専門店さんと比べて安価と感じました。辛さ/痺れは標準でお願いしたのですが、ガツンとした感じでなく、繊細でキレ味がすごい辛味と痺れという風に感じ私には絶妙でした。坦々麺自体も素晴らしかったですが、机に準備されているタレを入れる事で味変して坦々ライスを食べることができます。少し多めの汁で麺が提供されるため、終盤の坦々ライスの時にも汁が残っており、最後の最後まで楽しめました。他店にないような他のメニューもあり、また行ってみたいと思うお店でした。店内はカウンターメインですが、テーブル席もあります。 I had a large serving of soupless Tantanmen. I went inside the store and bought a meal ticket, but I felt it was cheaper than other specialty stores. I asked for spiciness / numbness as standard, but it was not a rugged feeling, but a delicate and sharp taste that was very spicy and numb, which was exquisite to me. The dandan noodles themselves were wonderful, but you can change the taste and eat the dandan rice by adding the sauce prepared on the desk. Since the noodles are served with a little more juice, the juice remains even at the end of the rice, and I enjoyed it until the very end. There are other menus that other stores do not have, and it was a store that I would like to visit again. The inside of the store is the main counter, but there are also table seats.

Very nice atmosphere though a bit cramped as it is a very small place so not recommended for large parties. Smaller groups though, this is a must to visit. Not only was the food great but the owner was friendly and didn't mind striking upa small conversation. The spice level 2 was good enough to provide a kick but not overwhelm. The flavors combined very well so that nothing overpowered the dish. I cannot recommend this place enough.
