益	益子貴寛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住所は新宿区中落合。赤塚不二夫をはじめ、タモリなどのお歴々が愛した町寿司。建物の建て替えのため、約2年の休業期間を経て、2020年4月に再オープン。にぎり十貫と巻物四切れのランチ1.5人前を注文。豆腐とわかめの味噌汁、ポテトサラダつき。にぎりは、赤身、中とろ、真鯛の湯霜造り、はまち、鮭、〆鯖、ほたて、いか、げそ、玉子。巻物は、鉄火とかっぱ。手ごろな値段のランチなので上ネタはないけど、やや小ぶりで品のよいにぎり。死んだ親父からの「野菜サラダを出す寿司屋には行くな」という家訓をかたくなに守っているけど、ポテトサラダならよし。むしろ、よい箸休め。店内に昔の面影はなし。でも、すこぶる清潔で客あしらいもよし。すっきりと腹八分目で、ごちそうさまでした。 The address is Nakaochiai, Shinjuku-ku. Town sushi loved by Fujio Akatsuka and Tamori. Reopened in April 2020 after a two-year holiday to rebuild the building. I ordered a lunch of 10 pieces of nigiri and 4 slices of scroll for 1.5 servings. Includes tofu, wakame miso soup, and potato salad. Nigiri is lean, medium fatty tuna, red sea bream frosted, hamachi, salmon, mackerel, scallop, squid, geso, and egg. The scrolls are iron fire and kappa. It's a reasonably priced lunch, so there's nothing good about it, but it's a little small and good-quality nigiri. I firmly follow the family rule of "Don't go to a sushi restaurant that serves vegetable salad" from my dead father, but potato salad is fine. Rather, a good chopstick rest. There is no remnant of the old days in the store. However, it is very clean and the customer service is good. It was a refreshing 8th minute, and it was a feast.
