美	美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて入りました。塩川にもこんな所があるんだと、コロナ対策しっかりしているお店でした。ソースかつ丼頼みました。美味しかったけど、女の人には、ご飯は多いって感じで、ソースが少し甘めだったので、私は、味に飽きてしまいました。でも、美味しかったです。今度は、天ぷらが食べたいと思いました。結構、お客さん入ります。 I entered for the first time. ま	まる吉隊長 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事に伺った際に年配の方と若めの従業員の方がいらっしゃいました(どちらも女性)。親子なのか？従業員同士なのか？関係性はわかりませんが。まず店に入って「いらっしゃいませ」とは言うものの若い方の方がニコリともせず、ちょっと高圧的で「ん？」と思いながらも席につきました。メニューを決めて注文を取ったのは年配の方。とても穏やかに注文を取って下さり、配膳の際もとても親切で良かったです。食べ始めて間もなく、若い女性の方が年配の方に「違います！そっちじゃないです(怒)いいです、私が運びます！！」と終始お怒りの様子。お客様がカウンターで食事されている目の前で？その他も色々と怒っていらっしゃいました。それを聞きながら終始食べていたので、周りのお客は気にならないのかなとキョロキョロしてしまいました。接客は声も大きいし、声だけ聞けば愛想がいいように聞こえますが、全くニコリともしていないのでちょっと怖いです。関係性は分かりません。仕事上、思い通りに行かなくてイライラすることもあるでしょう。でも、お客様が食事をしている空間で、ツンケンした態度をあからさまに見せてしまってはお店の価値を下げてしまいます。せっかくの美味しいお料理も何だか美味しさ半減という感じで、残念でした。年配の方、気さくでとてもいい接客されていましたよ。まずは柔らかい表情で、AIのようでなく、心を込めて「いらっしゃいませ」言ってみてください。もっと居心地の良いお店になるかと思います。何度か伺っていますが、コロナ対策で仕方ないのかもしれませんが、上着脱げないほど店内寒いです。 When I visited for a meal, there were older and younger employees (both women).
