★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年初めに会社の健診を６階の健診センターで受けました。会社の健診ではマンモグラフィしかできず、乳腺超音波はしたことがありませんでした。診察のときにいつもと違う感じがあるとの話をしたらエコーも勧められました。その結果は、いやな予感が適中してしまいましたが、本当に早い診断を付けて下さって、そして次のステップに進めてくださったことに本当に感謝しています。そして病気とわかったのだから治療は必要だけど、仕事などすべてを手放す必要はないことを教えて下さったこと、本当に感謝しています。
 Earlier this year, I had a medical examination at the company at the medical examination center on the 6th floor. At the company's medical examination, I could only do mammography, and I had never done breast ultrasound. Echo was also recommended when I told him that he had a different feeling at the time of the examination. The result was a nasty premonition, but I'm really grateful for the really quick diagnosis and for taking the next step. And I'm really grateful for telling me that I need treatment because I'm sick, but I don't have to give up everything, including work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話に出られた方の対応が非常に悪くて不愉快でした。忙しいのは分かりますがいかにも早く切りたい様な雑な話し方でした。こちらの病院では診てもらいたくなくなりました。本当に気分が悪いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師の皆様や看護士さんはみなさん感じが良いです。
受付にいるとある方が、患者さんとは目も合わせない…話も最後まで聞かずにぶっきらぼうに回答、それなのにカウンター内で私語で盛り上がっていて…ちょっと目に余りました。
せっかく中の皆さんはいい対応されているのに、初期対応される方がそれではもったいないと思います。(もちろん受付の方全員ではないです、特定の方です)
人間ですからテンション高い日ばかりではないのは分かりますが、患者から見て明らかにそう感じさせるような対応は改めた方がいいのではないでしょうか。

Someone at the reception didn't even look at the patient ... I answered bluntly without listening to the story until the end, but it was exciting in my own language at the counter ... I was a little overwhelmed.
I think it would be a waste to have an initial response, even though everyone inside has a good response. (Of course, not all the receptionists, they are specific people)
Since I am a human being, I understand that it is not always a high-tension day, but I think it would be better to change the response that makes the patient feel that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直、評価がこんなに低いのがわからないんですよ。私は5回くらいお世話になっておりますが（ちなみに今も健診で現場におります）、いい意味でも悪い意味でも普通。どの先生も質問すれば丁寧だし、受付は接客業じゃないんで案内が正しければいいと思っています。そういう意味で普通です。
ただし立地がよすぎるので時間と曜日によっては混みます。朝一がよさげ。予約なしで健診受けられるとか貴重です。
あ、国保健診締め切り二日前で混んでいましたが、いますべて終わりました。９時間15分ですね。
また評価が変わるようなことがあれば追記します。

All teachers are polite if they ask questions, and the reception is not a hospitality business, so I hope the guidance is correct. In that sense, it's normal.
However, the location is too good, so it may be crowded depending on the time and day of the week. Morning one is good. It is valuable to be able to receive a medical examination without making a reservation.
Oh, it was crowded two days before the national health examination deadline, but now it's all over. It's 9 hours and 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナウィルスのワクチン接種で初めて利用。受付と問診医師の態度が悪かったが、大変な時期であるため、仕方がないとは思う。
しかし、ワクチン接種には自治体からきている郵便にも、区役所に確認しても運転免許証やマイナンバーカードがない場合は、パスポートや保険証でも良いと記載、また区役所には確認している。
しかし、クリニックからは今回は接種しますが、運転免許証かマイナンバーカードがないと二回目の接種は出来ませんと言われた。
区役所からはクリニックが誤っているので、指導しますと言われたが、
本当に指導して頂きたいものだ。
もし本当に運転免許証かマイナンバーカードしか無理なら、二週間でどうやって得るのだろうか？
ワクチン接種が終わったら、二度と利用したくないクリニックである

オンライン予約をしてコロナワクチンうってきました！！！
クリニックは通常診療とともにワクチン接種をしてくれているようでした。
少し混雑していました。本当にお疲れ様です！という感じです
ワクチン接種後は、二の腕がはれ上がり、少しだるい程度です。
ひどい副作用もなく、2日間でだるさもとれて、腕も楽になりました。
不安を抱えながらワクチンを打ちましたが、無事にとりあえず終わってよかったです。
医療者のかた、本当にお疲れ様です！！

皆さんが書いてらっしゃるように、受付や案内の方の対応は非常に悪いです。冷たくてぶっきらぼう、口調も慇懃無礼で、人間味がありません。
同じ内容を何度もアナウンスしているとしても、受診する側は初めてなのだから少しくらい気遣いがあっても良いはずです。
尚、本人確認の書類として「住所が印字されたもの」を求められるため、保険証だけでは駄目と言われました。子どもにマイナンバーカードを作っている人が一体どのくらいいるというのでしょうか？
市が求めている以上の書類が必要ということですか？とたずねたところ、「そうです」と。色々と、独自ルールがあるようです。
ドクターは普通でしたが、受付や看護師の対応が酷すぎてもう二度と利用することはないと思います。
