K	K S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度ほどしかお世話になっていませんが、担当した医師は違いました。こちらは医療生協組合員とやらがあるようです。組合員以外でも診察してもらえます。感染症の疑いを受付で申し出ると別室へ案内してくれます。病院での感染症リスクが怖い私には嬉しいです。受付の方はある意味フランク？なイメージでした。忙しい時は少し慌ただしい感じです。医師が何人かいらっしゃるようで、その方によっても診察内容は変わるのでは無いかと思います。私の担当してくれた女医さんはとても物腰柔らかく丁寧な診察と説明でとても好印象でした。私が行った日はたまたま定期検診だったのか？検診で待っているご高齢の方が待合室に溢れていました。 I have taken care of it only about twice, but the doctor in charge was different. コ	コユウ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師同士の連携が取れておらず、また患者の言葉をちゃんと聞いていないために、無駄な血液検査をされ代金を取られました。詐欺にあった気分です。事前に「○○という内容にはこの病院は対応できるか？」と聞きYesと回答貰ったにも関わらず結局対応できないと言われたので、医師だけでなく看護師や受付の方にも事のあらましを話訴えましたが、病院ぐるみでこの不手際を無理やり正当化し追い返されました。患者に寄り添わない姿勢、本当に腹が立ちます。もう二度と行きません。上記の事がなくても、待ち時間が長く全体的に手際が悪いのでおすすめしません。 Because the doctors did not cooperate with each other and did not listen to the patient's words properly, I was charged for a useless blood test. y	yoko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて診察してもらいましたがとっても良い診療所でした。まず予約のため電話したときも今の時期、毎日電話の嵐でうんざりしてると思いますが丁寧に対応してくださって何を望んでいるのか察してくれる、とっても良いお姉さんでした。お医者さんも雰囲気が優しそうな方で話しやすかったです。検査とかの詳細な説明してくれました。ほかの看護師さんも優しい方でしたし診療所の雰囲気も良かったです。コロナの診察をしてくれて PCRも対応してくれる、貴重な診療所です。診察の予約を入れるには、当日電話する必要があります。事前の予約はできません。診察可能となったら、診療所から電話がかかってくるので、それがき次第、伺うという流れです。到着したら診療所には入らず、まず電話をします。看護師さんが来てくれますので、それから中に入ります。待合室ではなく別室に通されそこで問診も検査も済ませます。ちゃんと発熱患者と一般患者が待つ場所を分けてなおかつ一般外来が終わってから発熱外来というふうに明確に別れていますので、お互い感染しない、させないで済むので安心です。 I had my first medical examination It was a very good clinic.
