r	rui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても感じ悪い。平日17時来店。出入口の外には未使用のカップや蓋など客に使うものをゴミ箱の真横に置いてる。ゴキブリが入ってもおかしくないような酷すぎる管理。客は一人アイスを食べてるだけのガラガラの店内、入店しても「いらっしゃいませ」もない。勿論、アイスの試食もない。背中を向けたまま「お決まりでしたらご注文どうぞ～」とやる気のない声。本当にありえねぇ…。食べる気も失せて何も頼まず退出。以前もここ来たけど相変わらず酷すぎる店舗だな。店も汚いし不衛生、店員もやる気ない。多摩センター店を見習えよ。気分悪くなるからもうここには行かない。 Very bad feeling. K	KT Longtail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2020.7追記) 同じアコルデの1Fから2Fに引っ越し、席数が増えて環境的には改善されました。 ---- 新百合ヶ丘駅のバスローターリーに面した駅ビルの店舗でアクセスは良いですが、いかんせん店舗が狭く客席が少ししかないので、休日などの混雑時には座席の確保に苦労します。直角に曲がるいびつな店内動線、バスロータリー側から入り客席横を通ってショーケース前で注文、駅ビル内へ通じる出口から出る…というほぼワンウェイな動きになります。客席も普通なら通路幅位レベルのところに設置されているため、対面レイアウトでなく片側レイアウトで落ち着かない印象、席がなかったりして駅ビル共用部の階段あたりで座って食べている人も見かけます。テイクアウトする分には何ら問題を感じないですが、店内でアイスをゆっくり食べよう…という人にはちょっと不向きな店舗と感じます。立地は良いので客席が広くなれば良い店舗になるのに…と思う一方、あの店舗面積に対しあの客単価がゆえに成り立っているようにも思えるので、まあ割り切って利用するしかないですが… (Added to 2020.7) I moved from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor of the same Accord, and the number of seats increased and it was improved environmentally. ---- Access is good at the store in the station building facing the bus rotary of Shin-Yurigaoka Station, but since the Ikansen store is small and there are only a few seats, it is difficult to secure seats during busy times such as holidays. Service is brisk however and the staff are helpful. Waiting customers are offered free (but not unlimited) samples to enjoy. Flavors range from the pedestrian (but still delicious) rum raisin, chocolate, and mint chocolate chip all the way up to creative options such as Pippin's Shower (?). Birthday ice cream cakes are also on offer....
