とにかく不安になるほど待たされる。予約など意味なし。医師も態度が横柄で上から目線。足元見られてる感じ。気管支喘息と診断を受けたが私の場合は喘鳴はなく、治療中のスポーツは特に禁止されなかったからやったら、それくらいの元気があるならと言われ、急に薬を吸入と漢方のみにされ、不安になった。そうじゃなくても、薬の種類が多いように感じたのもあり、急に減らされ不信感を覚えた。患者に対し、説明が雑。誤解すれば叱責され、冗談じゃないと思い頭に来た。患者の話を聞いてくれないし、早く済まそうとするような態度に思えた。患者を不安にさせ、不信感を抱かせるような医師はどうかと思う。待ち時間は仕方がないとしても、それならば同じ待ち時間でも近場をと思い、他に行こうと思った。

通いはじめて五年以上かと思いますが、大変お世話になっています。そもそも、自分で喘息を疑い受診したほかの複数の病院でまともな診断をいただけず、辿り着いたのがこの石田クリニックでした。初診その日にすぐ重度の気管支喘息と診断がおり、以来ずっと治療に通っています。 ほかの方が仰るように、確かに待ち時間は長いです。予約外の方を予約者のあいだに受付ることもしています。ある程度は仕方ないかと思います。急に調子が悪くなる方がいるのは当然ですし、できる限り診ようとされているのです。また、診察が丁寧なので、ひとりひとりに時間がかかり、そのぶんさらに待ち時間が延びます。ですが、待ち時間を見越して外出もできます。水曜日だけは予約者のみの受診と定め、明示もしています。半日潰れることは予め織り込まないととても通えませんが、私はまったく苦には思いません。検査機器も個人医院とは思えないほど充実していますし、喘息が悪化すれば点滴も受けられます。対処しきれぬほど悪化すればもちろん救急対応の病院も紹介していただけます。 結局、きちんと管理指導を守り、自分のスケジュール調整をして、多少気が長くないと通えないのかな、という印象です。ぱっと行ってぱっと帰って、手軽に薬をもらってすぐ治したい、という方には合わないでしょう。長く治療して結局吸入や服薬だけでは明確な改善ができませんでしたが、いまは注射薬の治療も加えていただき、これがよく効いてとても楽になりました。根気強く診てくださることに本当に感謝しています。 個人的には、先生がいつ休んでいるのか心配になったりもしますが、これからも継続してお世話になる予定です。多少話の行き違いが発生することもなくはないですが、違和感を伝えればきちんと聞いてくださいますし、誤りがあればもちろん訂正してくださいます。それができる先生であり病院です。通う理由をどこに定めるかはひとそれぞれですが、私は信頼に値すると思っているし、通う価値のある病院だと思います。

It will not be suitable for those who want to go quickly, go home, get medicine easily and cure immediately. After a long treatment, I couldn't make a clear improvement by inhalation or taking medicine, but now I have an injection treatment, which works well and makes it much easier. かれこれ5年以上お世話になっています。 最初他院で診断されなかった喘息に対して適切な処置をして頂いたところから通い始め、お陰様で今は比較的安定しています。 院長先生は少し飄々としてる感じですが熱心で、体調不良を押して出勤しようとした私を時に咎めてくれたこともあります。スタッフの方々も概ね親切丁寧な印象を受けます。 待ち時間が長いのは支持の裏返しかと思いますが、ある程度覚悟は必要ですね。。 予約外は(水)NG、それ以外の曜日はその方の症状を見ながら出来る限り調整してくれているようには思いますが、もう少し待ち時間が緩和されると有り難いです。 定期通院の合間で体調を崩し時折予約外でかかりますが、時期にもよりますが毎度概ね1時間は待つ感じです。例えばインフル症状で予約外でかかった場合(繁忙期)、別室で隔離待機させつつ予約の合間を縫った治療で~2時間待ちってな感じです。 ※予約の定期通院の場合、私は軽いので大概1時間以内で診察まで終わります 喘息の場合完全な治癒は望めないので、時に検査しながら通い続ける必要があるのはやむを得ないかなと思います。薬は時に安価なものを奨めて頂きますし、無駄に高い薬や不要な検査をさせているような印象はなく、症状に対して向き合って頂いた結果必要なものと割りきっています。

どこの病院で診察してもらっても改善しなかった咳がこちらで処置していただき落ち着きました。酷い時は夜中も咳が止まらず、嘔吐する状態だったので助かりました。院長先生は独特な雰囲気ですよね。はじめは何となく苦手な先生でしたが、慣れてしまうと大丈夫です。こちらが話を聞いて素直に受け答えをすれば怒ったり嫌味なことをおっしゃる先生ではないと思います。ただ、相性はあるかもしれません。 時期によってはかなり混み合うので早めに行って順番待ちするようにしてます。 看護師さんたちはテキパキしてて優しい口調で印象がいいです。

とにかく受付のばーさんたちの嫌な感じがな、ひどい。「保険証変わったっていってくれないとわかんないっつーの」とか待合室に響いてきたし、他にも嫌味ったらしく二人で患者さん達への悪口っぽい嫌な感じのおしゃべりが、聞いてるこっちも嫌な感じを受けたし。何様なんだろな。態度デカすぎ。挨拶もろくにできない奴が眉間にしわ寄せて、嫌々ながら受付で患者を捌いてるって印象。閉口するよ。 逆に看護師さん達のプロフェッショナルっぽさ、あたりの柔らかさを目立たせるためにやってんのかって思ったね。看護師さん達は質高いと思った。受付のやつらはダメだな。差し引き星1個だな。
