受付の方の対応がとにかく酷い対応です。 面倒くさそうに返事をし、話を最後まで聞かず一方的に話して電話を切る。 ありえないですよね。 忙しいのは重々分かりますが、ここまで酷い対応にがっかりしました。 逆にこんなに受付対応の悪い病院初めてです。 口コミを拝見しても数年前から同じような内容が投稿されていると言うことは改善はないのですね。

口コミを見てから行ったので、ある程度の覚悟が出来ていたはずですが、ガッカリです。 1)待ち時間が長いが、診察時間が思った以上短かった。 2)希望していないのに薬を処方され、説明がなかった。 1)2日前から発熱の症状があって今日は平熱に近い体温に戻りましたが、念の為に行きました。受付から受診まで3時間ちょっと待たされ、先生が各診療室を回るスタイルでした。先生の問診は30秒はど「マスクを外して口を開けてください。心拍数を確認しますね。」と聴診器で胸元に3-4箇所当てて終了。その後看護師さんが30秒ほどでPCR検査の鼻粘液?を採取して退室。あまりにも一瞬で終わったから思わず退室した看護師さんに「次はどうしたらいいですか」と聞きました。 2)会計時に明細の説明がなく、薬処方を希望していないので「必須ですか」と確認したところ、看護師さんからは「症状に合わせて処方してます」との回答があり、会計を済ましました。何を処方されたのかは後に薬局で薬剤師の方から初めて説明を受けました。 風邪薬2種類、咳止め、解熱剤が処方されたようです。風邪薬はまだわかりますが、解熱剤は必要かな?一番理解できなかったのは咳がないのになぜ咳止めの薬が入っている? 医師の判断だから仕方ないと思いますが、せめて患者さんに最低限の説明をして頂きたいです。 薬も、税金も、無駄にしないで頂きたい! 強く願います! 今回は他の選択がなくこちらの病院に行きましたが、もう二度と行くことがないと思います。

クチコミが全てを物語ってますね。 私の場合は平日、仕事中の16時半過ぎに左指人差し指を器械に挟んでしまい、そこから大量に出血。キズも深くヤバいなと思い、職場近くのこちらの病院に電話したところ、「外科の医者はいるが、時間外なので診れない。」と、電話での非常に冷たい対応でした。 その間も痛みも増し出血の話しを電話口の女性に伝えるも、診れないの一点張り。 新東京クリニックは諦めて困ったなあ、血も止まらないし、痛いしと。改めて松戸市内の病院(北小金 山本病院)に電話したところ、18時からなら治療してくれるとおっしゃったので松戸駅からタクシーを使い、タオルで血がタレないよう強く止血しながら山本病院さんに到着しました。 確か17時半頃に到着で、受付の方に経緯と、傷の説明をしました。 そうすると、看護師さんが傷を確認し先生もいらして、「縫わなきゃ駄目だ!すぐに治療しましょう!」と、すぐに治療室へ。 エグれてたのもあり、結果4針縫っていただきました。 その時は時間外にも関わらず心からありがたい気持ちで一杯でした。 1ヶ月ちょっと通院して完治まで2ヶ月かかりました。 今でも傷後を見ると思い出して感謝しています。山本病院さん、先生、ありがとうございました。 ※新東京クリニックは大きい病院の割に対応が悪く、病院の意味があるのでしょうか。 電話での対応、最低でした。 今後、私は行くことはないです。

発熱外来で受信しましたが 一言最悪でした。 1歳の娘もいっしょにいたのですが まず待ち時間が長すぎます 受付番号も貰えなかった?(元々ない?)ので 自分があとどれぐらいで呼ばれるのか などもありませんでした。 発熱がある患者を硬い椅子に1時間以上待たせて お待たせして申し訳ありませんの一言も無く 診察も適当 今のでわかったの?って思っていたら PCR検査をしましょうと言い裏に消えてからまた5分以上来なくて 最初から持ってくればいい話では?と思いました。 そして娘のオムツを変えようと多目的トイレに行きましたがオムツ替えのスペースがありませんでした。 少なからず子連れの患者もいるでしょうにどこにもオムツ替えのスペースが無く 受付に聞いたら 待機している部屋(椅子と硬い机のみ)でできませんか?と言われ オムツはねっ転がらせないとできないですと伝えたら うちには無いのでストレッチャーでお願いします。 と言われ案内され ゴミ袋をくれる訳でもここに捨ててくださいと案内されるわけでも詳しい説明もありませんでした。 駅前の人が沢山来る病院で オムツ替えスペースが無いとはどういうことでしょうか。 それにここまでクチコミがわるくても改善されない。 誰も見ていないのか? 改善する気が無いのか? とにかく発熱外来がここしかないくせにこの対応は千葉県に問題があるのかと思います。 二度と行きません。
