鴨肉はハムと同じくらいの薄切りで非常に残念でした。
また、１センチ位に切れた麺が最後にかなり残っておりましたのも残念です。
良かったのは提供時間の速さ。
3分くらいで出てきました。
本格的な物を望んでいなかったので3分くらいの提供時間は評価できます。
麺のボリュームも少ないです。
あとは、値段が高いかな。
1000円くらいでした。
ほかの店であと500円出せばしっかりと美味しいの食べれます。
味は期待通りの普通でした。

It was about 1000 yen.
If you pay 500 yen at other stores, you can eat delicious food.
The taste was normal as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ それなりにお客さんが入っているので来店。大好きな鴨南蛮を注文したが…鴨に例えた(？)ペラッペラのハムのような物がのっていてガッカリ。肝心のおつゆがしょっぱくて柔らかすぎる短いお蕎麦も一緒に入っていた…お蕎麦が美味しくない!!
本当に残念。
I came to the store because there were some customers. I ordered my favorite Kamo Nanban, but ... I was disappointed with the ham-like thing that was likened to a duck (?). The essential soba was salty and too soft, and there was a short soba noodle in it ... The soba noodles aren't delicious !!
I'm really sorry.

但し料理のクオリティは立ち食い蕎麦レベル。
鴨丼と温蕎麦のセットを頼んだのですが、ほぼお店が満員の状態にも関わらず、1分と待たず提供されました。
蕎麦は茹でておいたものに汁をかけただけ、鴨丼はご飯の上に鴨肉とネギ、シシトウを置いただけ。
ご飯以外はキンキンに冷えてました（笑）
速さの理由はこんな感じですね。
The price at this location is cheap, almost in the station.
However, the quality of the food is at the level of standing soba noodles.
I ordered a set of duck bowl and hot soba, but it was served in less than a minute, even though the shop was almost full.
For soba, just sprinkle the soup on the boiled one, and for the duck bowl, just put the duck meat, green onions, and green pepper on the rice.
Except for rice, it was cold (laughs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JRとシーサイドラインの新杉田駅直結、ビーンズの2階にあるおそば屋さんです。
ランチで訪問しましたが、正午過ぎだったので結構混みあっていました。
カウンター席と対面のテーブル席があり、カウンター席には飛沫防止のアクリル板が設置されていました。
ランチはおそばと丼のセットがおすすめのようで、今回はカツ丼とおそばのセットを注文しました。
おそばは温かいものと冷たいものから選べます。
カツ丼もそばつゆも程よい甘さで美味しかったです。カツ丼のカツは脂がのっていて、ジューシーでした。
最後に熱々のそば湯も出てきました。
おなかいっぱいです。
A soba shop on the 2nd floor of Beans, directly connected to JR and Seaside Line Shinsugita Station.
I visited for lunch, but it was quite crowded because it was past noon.
There were counter seats and table seats facing each other, and the counter seats were equipped with acrylic plates to prevent splashing.
It seems that a set of soba and rice bowl is recommended for lunch, so this time I ordered a set of katsudon and soba.
You can choose between hot and cold soba.
Both the katsudon and soba soup were delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The cutlet in the katsudon was greasy and juicy.
Finally, hot soba hot water came out.
I'm full.

基本的には駅そばの進化型。そば自体は余り期待できないが、メニューでさまざまに工夫をこらし、チェーン店として善戦している。
先日はメニューにソースかつ丼が入っているので、ニタっとした。長野は伊那谷を中心にソースカツ丼が発達しているのを思い出したからだ。また、店内が清潔なのもいい。

Basically an evolved type near the station. I can't expect much from the soba itself, but I've made various efforts in the menu, and I'm doing a good job as a chain store.
The other day, the menu included sauce and katsudon, so I was surprised. This is because Nagano remembered that the sauce cutlet bowl was developed around Ina Valley. Also, it is good that the inside of the store is clean.

駅なかの立ち食い蕎麦屋の雰囲気だが、とてもしっかりしたお店。
天ぷらは揚げたてでサクサクしており美味しい。ソバもしっかりとそばの味がする。
店員さんはとても愛想が良い。

A soba restaurant right after exiting the ticket gate at Shinsugita Station.
It has the atmosphere of a standing soba restaurant in the station, but it is a very solid shop.
