★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車のブレーキ音がおかしく、みてもらったが、油さして様子見と言われました。その後も直らず他の自転車屋にみてもらった結果、ギアの錆が原因でした。
接客は可もなく不可もなく。技術力はなく、今後は間違いなく行きません。金の無駄になります。

お客をつかむには、無条件にしたほうがいい気もするが、そこはお店の方針ですね。
ｗｅｂでみると、販売用の自転車は外に展示されていますが、実際にはなかにあります。こじんまりとしたスペースにずらりと並んでいて、お買い物自転車については、この中から選べそう。
修理を頼むと、店の外のスタンドに立ててくれるのだが、特にカギをかけてくれるわけでもない。自分でかけてしまって、カギはお店に無理やり渡してしまったほうがいいと思う。
その辺は悪気はないと思うのだが家族経営的。
うまく使えば、いいのではないかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家の自転車のことなら全てこのお店にお願いしています。駅に行くついでに預けても良いし、乗って行けない修理の時は出張で取りに来て修理後に運んでくれます。助かります。
I ask this shop for all my bicycles. You can leave it while you go to the station, or if you can't get on the train, they will come to pick you up on a business trip and carry it after the repair. That helps a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入したばかりの自転車が初めてパンクしたので、修理をお願いしたら、チューブが傷んでいたからという理由で勝手にチューブ交換までされてあとから費用を請求されました。元のチューブも持ち帰りましたが、パンクの箇所に穴が空いているだけで大して傷んでいませんでした。
二度と行きません。
The bicycle I just bought punctured for the first time, so when I asked for repair, the tube was replaced without permission because the tube was damaged, and I was charged for it later. I brought back the original tube, but it wasn't too damaged, just because there was a hole in the puncture.
I will never go again.
