ぽ	ぽてちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野市の寒さをナメていた。善光寺から長い坂道を下り街まで歩き始めて長野駅前に着く前から身体が冷え冷え指先冷え冷え状態になった。am9:00頃だったこともあり駅までの道すがらにすき家や吉野家、松屋など見つけたら温かい食事をしようと探しながら歩いたが見つからないまま長野駅まで来てしまった。駅に着いて「長野駅なら駅そばがあるはず」と駅２階へ上がりグーグルマップで構内の立ち食いそば屋を検索したがよくわからなくて諦めかけていたらなんと後ろにそば屋を発見！「ここしかない！ここで食べよう！」と急いで入店。店内にはビジネスマン、家族連れ、旅行客と思われる人達でいっぱいだった。「かけそば310円」か「天ぷらそば390円」か食券機の前で少し悩んだが今回は天ぷら！食券を買いカウンターへ食券を出すとあっという間に「天ぷらそばの方」と呼ぶ声が聞こえてカウンターでおそばを引き取り窓際へ移動。着いた時には盛りつけられた天ぷらは出汁が染み込みふにゃふにゃ状態。箸でつつくと一部にカリッとした所が残って後は天カス状態に変形。でもこういうふにゃふにゃ天ぷらそばが好きなんです。そばを引き上げると細く長い。ズルズルっとすするとすすり心地良好で噛みしめるとしっかりとした噛みごたえあり。出汁をすすると塩味、甘み控えめ。天ぷらの油が相まってまろやかな味わい。久しぶりの立ち食いそばに美味しいなぁって思えて道すがら寄り道する店が無くて良かったです。ごちそう様でした。(^o^) I didn't like the cold weather in Nagano city. When the soup stock is squeezed, the saltiness and sweetness are modest. Combined with tempura oil, it has a mellow taste.
