青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年10月9日(土)に築地すし兆エキュート大宮店を訪れました。アルコール消毒をしてから入店しました。お店の造りはコンパクトでカウンターのみの立ち食いスタイルです。一席ごとにアクリル板で仕切りがされていました。客層は老若男女幅広く、女性も見かけました。店内ではBGMなどは流れていませんでした。カウンター席には割り箸、お手拭きなどが用意されています。お店の人のにこやかでテキパキとした接客も良いです。会計は食後に入口そばにあるレジカウンターでしました。朝食手巻きセット(3本)を食しました。税抜480円で税込528円です。いか明太子手巻、まぐろたたき手巻、かっぱ手巻に海苔味噌汁がつきます。先に温かい緑茶と海苔味噌汁が出されました。海苔味噌汁にはたっぷりと海苔が入れられていて良い出汁が出ています。海苔の磯の風味が良いです。手巻きは注文を受けた後に次々と巻かれていきます。いか明太子手巻は、ねっとりとしたいかとともに清涼感がある明太子の辛味も良いです。かっぱ手巻はきゅうりが千切りにされて巻かれていて食べやすくシャキシャキとした食感も良いです。まぐろたたき手巻のネギトロの味わいや旨味、ねっとりとした食感も良いです。しゃりの酢の締め具合も良く、海苔の磯の風味も良かったです。美味しかったです。 I visited the Tsukiji Sushi Ecute Omiya store on Saturday, October 9, 2021.
