You can't purchase the Snow Monkey Pass from here, but they will show you exactly how to get to the right counter downstairs by the Nagano Dententsu gate. They will also recommend which train/bus to catch at what time, and can show you where the coin lockers are around the station. Note: Coin lockers are downstairs towards the Nagano Dententsu station, and are available for 400, 500, and 700 yen for a day.
