知人がオススメするうなぎ屋さんで初めて行きました。
お店の雰囲気も良し、接客もよく。何よりもうなぎが絶品。
うな重「梅」注文。ふわとろでとても美味しかったです。

The atmosphere of the shop is good and the customer service is good. Above all, the eel is excellent.

ふわっふわとろっとろのうなぎで、飲むように食べてしまったのは初めて笑
いやあ…美味しすぎた?
ハズレの店だと皮がゴムのようでいつまでも口に残りますが、こちらは皮までとろけます！
タレも、うなぎとご飯と一体感があり、角がなく上手くまとまっていました。
私は出身も育ちも関東ですが、パリパリで香ばしい関西風が好きなので期待していませんでしたが、本当に美味しかったです◎
こんな焼き方があったんですね。
皮パリが全てではないですね！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の18:00頃に入店しましたが、カウンター6席、4名テーブル2つ、2名テーブル1つが満席でした。
また、ちょうどテイクアウトのピークと重なっており、店内はかなり忙しい雰囲気でした。
「うな重 梅」を注文しましたが、脂ののった鰻がとても柔らかく焼き上げられており、口の中でトロトロ広がる濃厚な味わいでした。香りの強い山椒とも、相性抜群です。
肝吸いとお新香もセットですが、どちらも美味しかったです。
今度行ったときはサイドメニューも注文しようかと思います。
I entered the store around 18:00 on Saturday, but the counter was full with 6 seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people.
Also, it just overlapped with the peak of takeout, and the atmosphere inside the store was quite busy.
I ordered "Unagi Ume", but the greasy eel was baked very softly, and it had a rich taste that spreads in my mouth. It goes well with Japanese pepper, which has a strong scent.
Kimosui and new incense are also included in the set, but both were delicious.
I will order the side menu next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰻は口の中でとける感覚のやわらかさ。ご飯は適度なかたさ。タレは甘すぎず。この３点が絶妙に合わさってて今まで食したうな重の中でもトップレベルです。うな重は上から２番目「鶴」を頼みましたが、大食いの方は「亀」でも良いと思います。この価格は鰻屋の中ではリーズナブルな部類と思います。頻繁には行けませんが(苦笑)。
テーブル４人席×２,２人席×１。カウンター６席。2階は４人以上からの宴会席の様です。平日でしたが夜７時前にはお客さんだいぶ埋まってましたので事前に予約が良いと思います。また行くつもりです。
2回目行き、解禁されたお酒を注文。今回はうな重「亀」を頼みまた大満足でした。
The eel has a soft sensation that melts in your mouth. The rice is moderately hard. The sauce is not too sweet. These three points are exquisitely combined and it is the top level among the unajū that I have eaten so far. Unajuji asked for the second "crane" from the top, but if you are a big eater, you can use the "turtle". I think this price is a reasonable price in the eel shop. I can't go there often (bitter smile).
Table 4 seats x 2, 2 seats x 1. 6 seats at the counter. The second floor is like a banquet seat for 4 or more people. It was a weekday, but before 7 pm, the customers were quite full, so I think it's a good idea to make a reservation in advance. I will go again.
I went for the second time and ordered the banned sake. This time I was very happy to ask for Unaju's "turtle".

This is in the “鶴” size (second largest). The rice was really, really delicious, and it comes with side dishes and a soup. The interior is very casual but well decorated and cosy enough - do also keep a lookout for their 10 year old eel kept in a tiny aquarium.
