季節のものをいただけるのがとてもよいです。個室が豊富で感染対策としても安心でした。ボリュームがあるので、若い方も楽しめるメニューだと感じます。 今の季節では、鮎とサワガニの炊き込みご飯がとくに美味しく、あゆのふわふわの白身は言わずもがな、カリカリに焼いた鮎とサワガニのふりかけを混ぜて配膳してくださるのですが、これがまた大変美味でした。 イチローズモルトの品揃えが大変素晴らしく、秩父にご縁のある方なのでしょうか??? 神泉だと思っていくと、どちらかというと道玄坂なので、ちょっと周辺の建物が微妙ですが、それを上回る美味しさとコストパフォーマンスの良さがあります

周りの雰囲気が怪しいところにある創作割烹料理屋さん。 お店の中はとても静かで優雅な感じです♪ 1品目は缶詰。何かと思いきや、蟹やら色々な具が入ったイカそうめん。 こんなに豪華なイカそうめん食べたことがない…と思いながらあっという間にペロリ。 続けて出てきたのはハモ。そしてハモの入った梅干し。おいしくない訳もなくこちらもペロリ。 そうそう、すき焼きは目の前で料理長さんが盛り付けてくださり、トリュフの乗ったお肉をパクリ。美味しすぎる…! インスタでよく出てきそうなウニは、うなぎの上に乗っかって登場。写真では分かりませんが、実はこれうなぎとウニ以外にも色々あるのです。何が入っているかは訪問時のお楽しみに♪ そして驚いたのはご飯。壺の中にお米と海鮮類が入った状態で登場。料理長さんが海鮮類を取り出して包丁で粉々にし、ご飯に混ぜて提供。ザクザク食感がたまりません。 最後のデザートもいただいてお腹はもうパンパン、大満足でした?

渋谷のラブホ街のど真ん中にある割烹料理屋さん 古民家のような作りで基本的には個室です。 靴を脱がないで和室で個室というのは、 ここから先のシーズン嬉しいですね 旬の食材を使い、一品一品非常に繊細に作られており 感動いたしました。 コースもリーズマブルなものから高級なコースまであり どのようなシチュエーションにも利用できそうです。 食べログの評価がそこまでですが、 その評価を覆す素晴らしいお店でした。 また利用したいと思います。 写真ブレブレですみません!

We were invited by our Japanese partner... What a discovery! Excellent service, dishes kept coming as part of this tasting menu, each one offering a different view of the fresh products and skills of the chef... The sake with a fish fin inside was so powerful and the rice with sea urchin and caviar a true delight ... I will also remember the little fruit salad at the end ... How can a small pink strawberry pack so much flavour ? I truly enjoyed that evening and wish to come back...
