★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most frustrating experience, the only AU store in Tokyo that have English support, I arrived at 5pm and they told me they have already closed the support even though the store only closes 8pm!

We came here because that's the only store "with English support" and they can barely talk to you or even sell you a number at 5 pm.

Sometimes I were made to wait just to be told “sorry we can’t help you right now” with no apparent reason, other times the clerks were helpful and my problems were solved.
