店内は鹿の首が飾られていたりいかにもジビエのお店！という雰囲気があっておもしろいです
この日は個室を利用しました！
ちょっと薄暗い店内はムードがありますね！
色々なお店を行き尽くしちゃったマンネリカップルとかジビエ好きの友達数人とかできたら楽しそうですね〜！
メニューも珍しい物がたくさん！
あれもこれも気になるおもしろい料理がいっぱいで盛り上がりそうです！
私は五獣奏を食べました！
いろんなジビエを食べ比べるのは楽しいです！
ジビエが苦手な人にも馬刺しとか比較的食べやすいメニューもあるので問題なさそうです！
色々なジビエを食べてひれ酒を飲んで楽しいお店でした！

ツキノワグマのの炉端焼き！あの熊をいただけるだなんて。しっかりした肉質、獣臭いけど嫌な感じはないの。ピンク塩or甘味噌をつけて。
五獣奏（猪豚、蝦夷鹿、合鴨、うさぎ、牛）や生ハム（馬、鴨、豚、牛）も食べ比べ。馬の生ハムって初めてかも！
きりたんぽも美味しかった～バースデープレート嬉しかったです。

店内は男性だけでなく女性もいっぱい。
綺麗な店内は居心地も良く、工夫あるオシャレメニューも豊富。
びっくりしたのはメニューの量。
分厚いメニュー表でお料理だけでなくお酒の品揃えも多い上にセンスの良さを感じます。
テーブルにおみくじ箸が置かれるので、会話のネタにもなりそう。
シャルキュトリやさくら刺しは特においしく、クセもなく食べやすい印象でした。
ジビエ料理は、ちゃんとしたお店で食べるとおいしいんだなというのを改めて感じました。
店員さんもフレンドリーで丁寧、居心地良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理の素晴らしさ… 新宿でジビエのお店は沢山ありますが、ここのお店の料理は味もさながら気が利いており、工夫もみえて楽しませてくれます。
ただ、一部の店員さんが怖い……。忙しくて余裕がないのかなとも思いますが、ピリピリしており、こちらが気を遣う場面も。また領収書の発行をお願いして、なかなか持ってきてくれなかったので、退店時に引き渡しを頼むと「もう渡しました」の一点張り。ここで争って行きづらくなるのもいやだなあと出てきてしまいました。勉強になりました。

多少癖のある肉ではありますが、もっと癖のあるジビエのある中では食べやすい部類の味付けになっています。
飲み放題5,500円のプランで頂きましたが、お腹いっぱいにもなり、コスパはとても良いなと思いました。
接客を気にされてる方がいらっしゃるようですが、良い意味で普通でした。
