石	石田彰 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗で物件を探して頂き、契約しました。契約するまではとても親身に相談に乗ってくれましたが、契約が決まってからはあからさまに無愛想になりました。契約が取れたらもうお客様ではないのでしょうか。契約のための書類に記入する中でさり気なく「それが書けたらこれも書いてください」とアンケート用紙を渡されたり、「それが終わったらこのQRコード読み取ってレビュー書いてください」とGoogleレビューを書かされたりします。半ば強制的な口調でのお願いはどうかと思いました。帰り際は「写真撮ってください」となんのことかと思ったら、マスコットキャラクターのぬいぐるみを手渡され担当の方と写真を撮らされました。どこに使われるかも教えられずにです。写真の許可はもっと慎重に取るべきだと思います。接客中も物件について各所に確認電話をしてくれたのは有り難かったですが、受話器の置き方が乱暴でした。乱暴すぎて電話機ごと床に落ちても失礼しましたの一言も無く直してました。その後管理会社とのやり取りを仲介してくださる中でも、契約日時や契約時に必要なもの、契約した部屋番号が間違っていました。仕方ないので管理会社と直接やり取りしましたが、仲介業者としての役割を果たしてほしかったと思います。物件について不満はありませんが、社会人として接客業の人間としてあまりに不足していたと思います。あくまで私を担当してくださった方の感想ですが、次物件を探す際はこちらは利用しないと思います。 I had you look for a property in this store and made a contract.
