お蕎麦は細切りでコシは然程…。
食べ終わっても蕎麦湯が来なかったので伺ったところ、持ってきてくれました。さらっとした蕎麦湯でした。

蕎麦は細め。ざるがおススメかな。かけ蕎麦系は、蕎麦のコシが弱い気がします。
あと、天ぷらはサクサクで美味しかった。
ご馳走さまでした。

一角にあるお蕎麦屋さんです。入り口わかりにくいですが、ブレスガーデンの駐車場から周りこむか、駅下がりの道を樽井方面に下ると左手に、泉庵の看板、そこを左折すると駐車場、お店あります。
元々お花屋さんのお店だったのか
外観がメルヘンティックで、和のお蕎麦屋さんとのギャップが！…中に入ると、ジャズが流れていて
オシャレなカフェに居るみたいで、お花を眺めながらお蕎麦を頂けますし、とても雰囲気の素敵なお店です。
蕎麦は、手打ちの、細く、コシのある麺で
美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ぷらもりの大盛り2,000円にしました。蕎麦・料理とも美味しく、ボリュームも充分です。扉にウェルカムベルがあるにもかかわらず、こちらの店員さんは何故か客の入店に気づかないことが多く、ホールのケアが全くできていません。また、提供までかなり時間がかかり、以前に同じメニューで1時間待ったこともありました。蕎麦が不味ければ来ないのですが、美味しいだけに何年も通っています。トータル評価は星2つです。

Even though there is a welcome bell on the door, the clerk here often does not notice the entrance of the customer for some reason, and the hall is not cared for at all. It also took quite a while to serve, and I used to wait an hour on the same menu. If the soba tastes bad, it won't come, but it's delicious, so I've been going there for years. The total rating is 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業時間が私の生活時間とはなかなか合わず、行きたいのに行けなかった店。やっと訪ねることができました。お洒落な喫茶店のような建物と内装、でもかなり美味しいお蕎麦屋さんです。麺はもちろん出汁も、天麩羅も一級品です。
