お店入ったら、もーお出汁のええ香り
カウンターだけのお店で、親子さん？って思う2人の男性の方がいらっしゃいました。
そばとご飯を注文しましたが、そばはもちろん旨いですが、ご飯のふりかけとして出してくれるタッパーに入ったふりかけがたまらなく旨いんです。
お出汁を取ったあとのカツオを使われていると思うんですが、甘く味付けされていて、これがもーーーご飯に合うんですよ。
とにかく皆さんも行ってみて下さい

１度ホームランそばやうどんも食べたいですが、
もったいない気持ちで、今度一日に2回行ってみようかと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堺地域に多く残存する熱盛りせいろ蕎麦のお店です。せいろ二斤盛りで1,000円と、今時安い部類ですね。十割にしては香り・味とも不足に感じましたが、蕎麦粉によるのかもしれません。湯煎した温つゆに生卵を溶いていただくスタイルです。私は冷つゆにワサビとネギで食す田舎蕎麦が最も好みなので、ちく満系や出石そばはあまり好きではなかったですが、こちらのは素直に美味しいと感じました。二斤だと卵も薬味も二枚分で、愛想よく気持ちのよい接遇と相まって、誠実な商売をされている印象です。テーブル席がなくカウンター越しのオペレーションが不可欠なので、仕方なくコロナ対策は不充分ですが、よいお店と思います。トータル評価は星4つにします。

濃いめのお出しに生卵を溶いて、熱々のお蕎麦をくぐらせ一気にすする。
あっと言うまになくなってしまいました。美味しかった。
カウンターだけの小さなお店ですが、お店の方の応対がとても良かったです。
