新橋第一ビルにある、女性ワンオペのラーメン屋。平日1245ごろ待ち三名。 入店直前に券売機で買います。 この日は中華そばの大盛。 麺は中太のモチモチ、特製じゃないけどめんまやチャーシューなども結構入ってます。 スープは魚介?の塩ですかね。 あっさりかもしれませんが結構しょっぱいです。味濃いめの人は好きかもしれませんがもしかしたら意見の分かれるところかも。 私は好きですが、もしかすると結構濃いのでつけ麺のほうがあってるかもしれません。 次回はつけ麺にチャレンジしたいです。 私は好きです。

新橋2大カオススポットの一つ『新橋駅前ビル1号館1F』に、また素晴らしいお店が登場!激小の店内でワンオペの店主様が繰り出す済んだスープの一杯にお腹も心も満たされました。 佐野ラーメンや喜多方ラーメンに代表される『スープ透明系』ラーメンが好きなのですが、そんな透明系ラーメン店が『新橋駅前ビル』に新規オープンされたとお聞きして早速伺う事に。 『巴裡 小川軒 』様『本陣房 』様等、名店がひしめく1Fにカウンター6席極小スペースで佇む『はるちゃんラーメン』様。11:15分ごろ伺うとすでに満席&お待ちの方が店外に。 早速食券を購入、お日柄が良かったこともあり、『特製もり中華1200円(2021年11月)』を注文。店主様がお一方で切り盛りされてらっしゃるので、サーブもお片付けも、何もかもワンオペ。お忙しくされてらっしゃって、お客様もそんな店主様をみんなさんで暖かく見守っているような、お客様もお店のスタッフの一員のような雰囲気がございます。 早速頂くと、『これは衝撃的に美味しい!!』。つけ汁のちょい白濁透明系の感じとは打って変わって塩味が『ドン』と効いたお味に、平打ち系の麺がグングン絡んで非常に美味しいです。さらにチャーシューも塩味が効いていて素敵。でも決してショッパイわけではなくて、あくまでもガツンとした塩味です。 これは麺がガンガン進んでいきます。メンマ・卵もチャーシュー同様仕上がっていて、この一杯はすごいです。 ただ、この量は女性には完全に多いと思います。逆に男性にはピッタリ、お隣の男性は大盛を頼んでらっしゃいました。(+100円の様です) 店主様がワンオペですので、提供までの御時間がかかったり、狭いお店で席間が狭かったりという部分があるのですが、店主様の雰囲気と、その雰囲気を感じたお客様の一体感が醸し出す、優しい店『はるちゃんラーメン』。せっかちな方や、油ギトギト系ラーメンがお好きな方、あっさりがお好きな方には向かないかもしれませんが、温かい雰囲気の中、塩味強めのラーメンを頂きたい方にはピッタリのお店が『はるちゃんラーメン』様です。

特製中華そば ¥1,200- 13時頃訪問。 カウンター7席程度のみ。 店主さん一人でやられている。私の後からも人は並ぶがずっと3人程度の並び。 喜多方っぽいけど、幅広均等な麺。煮干しの効いた塩気が強めのスープがなみなみ。希望で背脂も乗せてくれるよう。 チャーシューはしっかり醤油出汁の効いたバラ肉。メンマは細目。煮卵も味のしっかりついたもの。海苔は5,6枚乗っているけれど、すぐにしなしなになってしまう。 具としてはスープを吸ったお麩がおもしろかった。 つけ麺タイプのもり中華も食べたい。

平日の昼、11:20ぐらいに伺い、待ち2人に連結。5分程で店内着席できました。後客はひっきりなしだが、食べ終わるまでの状況だと、並んでもMax4名程。 中華そばを麺カタメでいただきました。 汁なみなみなのがとてもいいです。ラーメンはこーじゃないと。 麺は比較的太めのピロピロ平打ちで喜多方っぽい感じ。カタメで頼んだ事もあり歯ごたえあってよいですね。 汁は、何が使われているのは、駄舌にはまったくわからないのですが、なんとも美味しい。 毎日食べるには少々濃いめの味付けですが、こりゃ3日もしたらまた食べたくなるな。

鶴松で一杯やったあと訪問。 ラーメン背脂入り890円。 背脂なし部分から食べ進めるとかなり煮干しと思われる魚系の匂いが強い。 醤油も使ってるかもしれないが、味としては塩ラーメン。かなりシャープな味わいで塩を尖って感じる。 背脂部分と混ぜると甘みが強くなり、魚系の主張は相変わらず強いが塩味は和らぐ。 それでも塩っぱめ。 ブレではなく、狙って塩っぱめにしてると思う。 卓上胡椒とは相性がいいみたい。 胡椒が主張するのではなく、全体感として風味が良くなる。 麺は喜多方系という意見もあるが、縮れは弱くどちらかというと家系ラーメンに近い。 麺にはインパクトないかな。 具材はチャーシューは5枚、メンマ多め、ネギに小さな麩が入る。チャーシューは柔らかめなバラ。 具だけ見ると喜多方系でチャーシューの満足度は高い。 海苔は韓国のりみたいな食感で硬め。 無くてもいいかなぐらい。 卓上のニンニクを入れると、魚系は感じなくなり、背脂と合わさることで二郎インスパ系の塩ラーメンテイストっぽくなるが、そこを求める人はそもそもここに来ないだろし入れすぎないほうが良いと思う。 個人的には魚系が苦手なので、評価的に高くないが、好きな人はハマるんじゃないかと思う。 万人に受けるタイプではなく、好きな人は好き、ダメな人はダメという極端な評価になる店だと思う。

20220217 元立ち食いそば屋でしょうか? 食券を買って(直前でも良いのですが)並んで下さい。店に向かって左側が先頭です。ここを間違える人が多かったので要注意です。食券ですが、購入後、チケットが機械の奥にひっかかかるケースがありますので、食券が出てこないと思ったら奥をチェックしてみて下さい。 味は人それぞれですので、評価は控えますが私は好きです。久しぶりに美味しいラーメンをいただきました。 問題点は特にありませんが、店主1名でまわしていますので、暖かく見守ってありがたくいただく姿勢が重要です。たいていこの種のお店は頑固じじいがやっているケースが多く、美味しくても二度と来ないということがありますが、ここはそんなことありませんのでご安心下さい。

特製中華そば1200円にメンマプラス100円と豪華版にしてみました。 ちゃん系ラーメン最高です。喜多方風なんすかね、この透き通ったスープがまず最高なのとチャーシューが素晴らしい。そしてこの喜多方風の角のある麺、ほんと好きですね。 安定感最高てます。次はつけ麺も試したいですね。
