ば	ばからりお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7年ぶりかな？自分はつけ麺は普段食べませんが、ここは別。つけ麺熱盛+のり+サービス卵。前より、つけ汁少な目でトロリ感が減ったような､、。甘めの後味は健在でしたが、スープ割お願いするほどつけ汁残らず､、。やはり、つけ汁減った？ Is it the first time in 7 years? 飯	飯野博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR新橋駅銀座口改札から徒歩1分。新橋駅銀座口前交差点で外堀通りを渡った場所にあるラーメン店。2007年6月創業とのことで既に20年を超える歴史。正確にはガード下ではないが、店舗はガード下の飲食店の並びにあって、古びた家屋。店内は少々暗く、初めて入るには少々勇気が要ります。提供されるメニューはつけめんとラーメン。つけめんは濃厚豚骨スープと鯖、かつお、昆布などの魚介スープを合わせたWスープとのこと。このWスープが使用されたつけ汁は甘味がかなり強烈。好みの量の酢を加えて食べることがおススメです。 1 minute walk from the Ginza exit of JR Shimbashi station. k	k. konpeito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新橋駅から有楽町駅側に歩いてすぐのお店です。たまたまお昼時にとおりがかったので来店しました。店内はカウンター席で少し暗め。入口の券売機で食券を購入するのですが、お昼のセットの内容について、店員のお兄さんが優しく教えてくださいました。魚ぷらすつけ麺をいただきました。味はオーソドックスな魚介系のつけ麺で美味しかったです。味変用の調味料が豊富でした。 It is a shop just a short walk from Shimbashi station to Yurakucho station side. K	Kohei Takada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常事態宣言の最中出勤し、昨日訪問した香月の隣のこちらでお昼を。隣と同じ間取りのカウンターで、店内はきれいにしてある。立看の出ていたカレーつけ麺を頼むと、カレーにはご飯と卵両方サービスですと云うのでお願いする。出てきたつけ麺は、魚介豚骨スープカレーとも言うべき不思議な味。酸味はなく甘味は強く、美味しい。麺は黄色が濃く透明感のあるプリプリしたものでこれも美味しい。麺がなくなり、ご飯にスープをかけて卵を砕いて頂いたが、また美味しい。店を出ようとして店員さんの方に視線を向けたら、小走りで駆け寄って来て「スープ割りですか？」と聞かれ、せっかくなので頂いてみるとこれまた美味しい。また行こうと思う。ただ、店員さんは客の視線にちょっと過敏なので、席に座ったらあまりキョロキョロしないほうがいいと思った。 I went to work during the state of emergency and had lunch here next to Kazuki, who I visited yesterday. Y	Y K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚ながら、どこか甘さがあるスープ。麺の柔らかさ、サイドメニューの確実な肉味、どれもバランスが良く感じました。王道なつけ麺を食べたい方は、食べてみることをおすすめします。唯一の希望は「割りスープ」を頼むと、店員さんが注いでくれる丁寧さの裏返しとして、「割りスープ」の量を自ら調整したい面もあります。ただ、注いでいただいた「スープ」の味の濃さもちょうど良く、美味しくいただきました。 A rich but sweet soup. 木	木村歩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 再訪！！ 1年前にフラッと立ち寄って食べたカレーつけ麺を思い出し再訪しました。当時の記憶を回想すると、ものすごく美味しくって、こんなに美味しいカレーつけ麺があるのか！と感動した記憶が残っています。久々の再訪に胸を高鳴らせ・・・いざ実食！！今回頼んだのはカレーつけ麺(並) 全部のせライス思い出が美化されているわけではありませんが、当時の感動を呼び起こすまでは至りませんでした。しかし、絶妙なたまご麺とマイルドなカレーはやはりクセになる美味しさです。ライスと合わせて食べるとなおGOOD！！最後はスープ割でカレースープを飲み干し完食今回も美味しくいただきました(/ω＼) Revisit! !!
