Best ramen I've had so far. Recommend getting extra chāshū as it is very tasty!

Staff were very helpful even if there was difficulty in communication. We were first to arrive atnaeound 1045am. We were let in by 1130am as they were still preparing the place. Ramen was top notch and delicious. You can tell that this is the ramen place to be at as by the time we were done eating which was about 15 minutes - there was already a long queue outside. Great food and experience.

My first two attempts to visit Ginzasa proved elusive. In my first visit, the shop was closed around 9PM since they had already run out of soup for the day. In my second visit, the shop was also closed since the proprietors of the restaurant had traveled to Kansai to take part in a food exhibition. Third time was the charm as I made an effort to arrive at 17:30, right on the dot when they open for dinner. I have been told by friends that they too have encountered the “no-soup-for-you” problem whenever they visited too late. They either make very little soup, or sell out early due to sheer popularity. Based on my own experience of dining at Ginzasa, I suspect it might be due to the latter. Let’s make one thing clear. If you are a fan of thick, rich and fat infused soups, then this place is not for you. However, if you are a fan of broth that has been simmered for hours to extract all the subtle flavor from ingredients such as kelp and dried marine animals, then run, not walk, to this establishment as soon as possible! Ginzasa offers regular ramen and tsukemen, with the option of salt or white soy sauce. Shio or white shoyu flavored broth.

Great bowl shio ramen that has a seafood umami taste. Char siu was good and sizable.

One of the best ramen and soup I tasted in last 6months. Place is small but the taste is great.

Joined a line of locals waiting to get in. When it was my turn to punch in at the ticket machine, the staff helped me (all buttons in Japanese only). I got the salt ramen and small sea bream rice and drank from self-serve chilled tea water on the tables. Delicious meal. First time I’ve finished every drop and fragment in the bowl in a long time. Tip: as recommended, pour the soup base into your rice bowl, especially if you find the rice on the dry side for your taste.

Overall, it is really delicious. 10/10 score for the topping, specially with the meat or chashu?

Honestly the best ramen in Ginza. Best Shio Ramen (880yen) with chashu (220 yen) and egg (120 yen). Noodles were thin compared to Ramen Street noodles but better in quality. Better than Ginza-Tei by far. Please do go if you are reading this- You won't regret.
