★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勝どき駅からすぐ近くですが、昔の街並みのまま残っている場所にある昔からのラーメン屋さん「しなそば家」に行ってきました。
数回訪れているのですが、いつもやっていなくて、今回ついに開いていました。
店構えは昭和を感じさせます。
お店に入るとお昼時は外したのにまだ混んでいました。
注文は「しなそば家ラーメン」@700円にしようかと思ったのですが、隣の「ラーメン全部のせ」@1080円が気になってしまい、全部のせにしました。
注文して5分程度で着丼。
さすがに全部のせ。ずっしりしています。
見た目からおいしそう。
麺は中太縮れ麺。
結構黄色がかっています。
スープも濃すぎず、麵としっかり合っていておいしかったです。
勝どきの周りは家系などの濃いラーメン屋さんが多いので、普通のラーメン屋さんであるこのお店が重宝されるのがよくわかりました。
ごちそうさまでした。
 I went to a traditional ramen restaurant "Shinobaya" in a place that is close to Kachidoki station, but remains in the old cityscape.
I visited several times, but I didn't always do it, and this time it was open.
The store's setting makes you feel like Showa.
When I entered the store, it was still crowded though I removed it at noon.
I thought about ordering "Shinoba soya ramen" @ 700 yen, but I was worried about the next "Ramen all" @ 1080 yen, so I put it all.
Ordered and dressed rice bowl in about 5 minutes.
As expected, put everything. It is heavy.
Looks delicious from the appearance.
The noodles are medium-sized curly noodles.
It is quite yellowish.
The soup wasn't too thick and it went well with 麵.
There are many ramen shops around Kachidoki, such as families, so it is clear that this shop, which is an ordinary ramen shop, is useful.

ネギ味噌がオススメ。何回食べても飽きない味。
ただ、お昼時は4.5人並ぶこともしばしば。

って、感じです。
川崎のニュータンタンメンみたいな感じの坦々麺ですが、此方の方が数倍美味いです！
店が狭くカウンターが無いため、相席上等な人で無いと難しいかも。
あと値段設定が半端ですw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日昼上司より美味しいとの話を聞いて初訪問。
店内ランチ時もあり満席。
醤油らーめんを頂きましたが、気をてらうことなく、優しい美味しい醤油らーめんでした。周辺住民や会社員から愛されて今日まで来た事がわかりました。
スタッフ皆さんご家族なのか、阿吽の呼吸で営業されていました。
今は夜は閉められているようですが、緊急事態明けるまで、頑張ってもらいたいです！
また近く通りましたら寄らせて頂きます！

I visited for the first time after hearing that it was delicious from my boss at noon on weekdays.
It is full at lunch time in the store.
I had soy sauce ramen, but I didn't mind it, and it was a gentle and delicious soy sauce ramen. I found out that I came to this day because I was loved by the local residents and office workers.
The staff were all open with Aun's breathing, probably because they were family members.
It seems that the night is closed now, but I want you to do your best until the emergency is over!

コロナ対策はきっちりされていました！(店員さんからの注意等もあり)
初めてだったので全部のせラーメンを頼んでみました。
懐かしい昔ながらの味でした。
次は人気のワンタンメン、坦々ワンタンメン、辛ネギみそラーメンを食べてみようと思います。
辛ネギみそラーメン食べました！
ピリッとアクセントが効いてます、辛いの苦手な人でも大丈夫な辛さだと思います。
次は坦々ワンタンメン食べないと。
