み	みさ（くうちゃん） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が転倒して、頭を打ったため受診しました。まず、CT、MRI、などがあり脳外科との事で受診しましたが、予約優先。頭なので、緊急性があるのかないのかを診るために先にCTやMRIの検査をして画像を見る。急ぎでなければ、診察は予約順で待ってくださいなどのトリアージが全くされていない。検査まで2時間半放置。出血など、なかったから良いが出血していたらどうするつもりか。また、受付の医療事務さんの話し方が患者を馬鹿にするような態度でひどいです。診察の録画、録音禁止とホームページにありますが、診察も受付の態度も録画、録音されたら困るのかと思うほどでした。子供や高齢者は自分の状態を口で上手く説明出来ないからこそ、医療側が予測して対応する必要があるかと思います。 2度と行かないですし、おすすめできません。それとコロナの感染対策しています。と書いてありますが、医療モールの1番突き当たりで小児科や内科の前を通っていかないと行けないのに、待ち合い前の窓も開けず換気は出来ていない。接触式の体温計を持ってくるなど、本当に対策していると言える？という状況でした。 My child fell and hit his head, so I went to see him. C	C C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年程前に受診し2回目です。駅前の利便性やCTやMRIの検査が受けられる事、検査事前に予約ができるなど今時期とても有難いと思います。待合室や診察の間隔を開けたりアルコール消毒をされたり、できる範囲の感染症対策をされていたと思います。しかし問診後の体温測定（非接触型/手首）で37.6度あり、診察される事なく帰宅させられました。もう一度他の場所で測定をお願いしたところ「そんなにあっちもこっちも測定できません」と言われました。この時点で予約時間から30分経過しています。帰宅後腋窩で測定しますと36.5度。 1度以上の誤差はあんまりじゃないでしょうか。このような時期ですので気をつける気持ちは分かりますし、私自身も医療従事者として勤務していた時期もあるので駄々をこねるようで非常に申し訳ないのですが時間に合わせて来院して待たされてこのような結果は非常に残念です。他の方は低く検出されていた、という風にお話しされていましたが体温計の調子を今一度ご確認頂ければと思います。そして今後受診予定の方は1週間分の検温表、少なくとも当日の検温結果を持参された方が良いかと思います。私も次回通院する機会がもし有ればそうさせて頂きます。お忙しい中ご対応頂き有難うございました。 This is the second time I visited the clinic about two years ago.
