大	大阪モノレール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1985年に開業した駅で、ホームの長さが8両に抑えられたため、12両編成の列車がなくなりました。駅はカーブの途中に設置されたため、列車が傾いて停車します。また、利用客は多いが、ホームの幅が狭いため、乗降客でごった返します。近年、エレベーターがついて、バリアフリーになりつつあります。駅からはアルパークまでは、屋根がついた動く歩道があり、雨に濡れず、快適に行くことができますが、アルパークの北棟は屋根がない部分を通るので、濡れてしまいます。駅の山側を通っているのは、西国街道です。五日市や西広島の間にも、古民家や石碑があって、楽しい歴史散策になります。 At the station that opened in 1985, the length of the platform was reduced to 8 cars, so 12 train trains were lost. ハ	ハッピーターンの白い粉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR新井口駅と広島電鉄商工センター入り口駅が繋がった階上駅です。階上にあるためアルパークまで動く歩道がある通路を通って移動出来ます。ただし宮島街道側ではない裏道からこの駅に入ろうとすると階段しかないので、移動に配慮が必要な方やお連れの方は要注意です。ものすごいアルパーク寄りの場所に一応スロープがありますが、控えめに言って遠いです。ただしJR駅の改札内と商工センター駅の構内にエレベーターがあります。なので、階段がキツイ方向けに楽な移動方法としてご参考までに2つ移動方法を書いておきます。 ①宮島街道側から商工センター駅の「宮島方面行き」の構内に入る(広電は改札が無いので普通に入れます)→構内真ん中辺りにあるエレベーターで上がる→JRの改札まで移動。上がってしまえば段差はないのでスムーズに動けます。繰り返しますが宮島方面行きの構内です。 ②アルパーク方面のスロープやエレベーターを使って階上へ→動く歩道を通って来てそのまままっすぐ来る。遠い。ここの地域は治安も悪くなく近隣にスーパードラッグストア病院学校もあるので住宅購入を考えているが、この駅の作りだと老後や万が一怪我などで車椅子生活になった時、松葉杖になったときなどに困りそうなのがネックで躊躇している。年寄りになったら免許返上して公共交通機関を使う生活がしたいのだが、こういった面でまだまだ社会が追いついていないのかなぁと思う。 It is an upstairs station that connects JR Araiguchi Station and Hiroshima Electric Railway Shoko Center entrance station.
