JRに関しては以前の駅舎より使いやすくなりました。むさしとセブンもあるので、お出かけ前に買い物もできます。
将来的にはアストラムラインが単線で繋がります….

以前の駅舎も懐しさが有り好きでしたが
車椅子の方他 誰でも利用しやすくなり
良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small JR station that is just a 1 minute walk from the Nishi Hiroshima Hiroden station to go to Miyajima and back towards the Peace Park by street car. There is a manned ticket office where you can buy local tickets as well as tickets for the shinkansen which leaves from Hiroshima. There is a convenience store just outside the East Exit also where you will find the buses and taxis. Also outside the East Exit are about 6 parking spaces that are free for up to 15 minutes. The South Exit is adjacent to a neighborhood but there you can find a small parking lot as well as bicycle parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small station that you need to use to go to Miyajima. Nothing but vending machines and a small counter. You need to walk to the pedestrian bridge and cross it to get to the second platform, be careful not to miss your train because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff, we had left an item at the Miyajima station, realized it on our way back to Hiroshima and left the train at this station. We explained our problem to the staff in a mix of English and Google translate, they immediately called the Miyajima station and soon after we had the list item back. Great service, very friendly and helpful

It is close yo Youme Mart and daiso
A lot of restaurants around and even accessible to hiroden street car as well.
It’s just there are no department stores around.
