夢	夢の音 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遅くまで営業しているので助かります。ですが、修理に出すたびブレーキが外れています。さすがに毎回人も違うし３回目はないだろうと思っていたんですが、そんな事はありませんでした。受け取った時に必ずブレーキチェックした方がいいです。初めから緩かったのでは・・・と思う人もいるかもしれませんが、毎回使用前にブレーキチェックしてますし、緩んでいたら修理に出す前に店員に声をかけています。利用するかたは自己責任で気を付けてください。 It is helpful because we are open until late. み	みつま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の感じが悪いですね。。私が対応していただいたのは男性店員ですが、他の女性店員の接客を見ててもイマイチでした。・ネット注文した自転車を受取りに行ったら、「証明できるものは？」と素っ気ない対応。・証明としてスマホの注文画面を見せると、「ここじゃなくて高座渋谷店ですね」と鼻で笑われる。(注文ミスは自分なので仕方ないが) ・子供用のヘルメットを探していた別のお客さんが邪険に接客されていて可哀想に思えた。ひとまずこれくらいにしておきます。 The clerk feels bad. ..
