C	COCO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻のスマホをドコモにMNPしようと伺いました。ついでに端末も安く買えたらいいなと思っていました。端末はいつも4年以上は使うため、返却せず使い続けられる端末を求めていました。私がドコモ一筋17年であり、この店舗の表にiPhone12mini一括19800円と貼り紙があったので、Androidだと大きすぎる端末ばかりだし、miniなら妻にちょうど良いと思い家族でドコモに統一しようかと入りました。受付にいた店員にその旨伝えると、端末購入を伴うと時間が掛かるので今日は予約が多くて時間がないので無理とのことでした。 MNPに時間が掛かるなら分かるけど、端末購入するのに時間が掛かる意味が分かりません。端末で釣ってるくせに端末を買わせたくないのでしょうか。目の前で、私と話している店員（私との距離0.5m）が都度都度別の店員（私との距離 1m）とコソコソ話しているのも気分の良いものではありませんでした。一気にドコモへの信頼が無くなったので、帰りに寄ったケーズデンキで私も妻もソフトバンクにMNPすることにしました。 I asked DoCoMo to use my wife's smartphone as an MNP.
