リニューアルして多少は良くなりましたが 何回かけても電話には出ないし(営業時間開始直後) 予約を取りに行っても明日対応だし 説明は丁寧ですけどね! 前の小さな店舗の時は、そこにある充電器買いたいんですけどと言ったら 手続きだけで一時間半もかかって 流石にクレーム入れました!

日曜日でしたが電話をかけても繋がりません。しばらく経ってからかけ直せという音声が流れて強制的に電話が切れます。 二時間以上途切れる事なくかけ続けましたが一度も繋がる事はありませんでした。これって電話対応してない事確定ですよね?それなのにしばらく経ってからかけ直せって…こんな嘘の対応を平気でやる店だという事ですね。 近くの座間イオン店はいつかけても繋がって丁寧に対応してくれます。 座間イオン店をマイショップにします。 だってこの店で携帯買って何か不具合などが起こって聞きたい事がある時にわざわざ店に行って聞かないといけないという事でしょうから。

二時間電話かけ続けたが繋がらず音声ガイダンスのしばらく経ってからかけ直せの連続。直接店舗に行って電話が繋がらなかった事を聞くと客対応してると電話に出られないとの事。しかし!一時間ほど店に居たが電話の呼び出し音が一回も鳴らず電話対応している店員もゼロ!これは完全に電話に出るつもりが無いという事。それなのに時間が経ってからかけ直せというガイダンスと店員の客対応してる時は出られないって言ったのも嘘だという事。二時間の無駄な労力を取らされたがこれって問題じゃないの?対応した店員の態度もあまり良くなかった。近くの座間イオン店にかけると一発で繋がり対応も丁寧だったから行くなら座間イオン店の方がよさそうだ。

前日にドコモショップ予約しようとしたら空きがなくイオンモール大和店は空きがあり予約するとができました。予約時間前に行きましたが待っている人はいなくすぐに対応してもらえました。担当者も手際よく対応してくれました。

いつも来店すると勧められるドコモ光を通す事になり店舗へ。 何日か前に電話予約したが、受付に名前が無く受付の女性があたふた。そして待たされる。遠隔工事日の午前中に光が通るはずだったが、午後になっても通らず店舗へ電話。「こちらに言われても通ったか通ってないかは分からない」とピシャリと言われる。契約時、工事日の18時に店舗から「光が通りましたか?」と確認の電話をする言っていたが、これも無し。サポートセンター3回電話し、30分位待つが繋がらず切られる。再度翌日電話。よくよく調べてもらったらショップで設置場所の入力を間違え、別の家に光を通してしまったとの事。送られた機械もプロバイダーも間違った住所に紐づけられてるらしく、機械も返却し、全て最初から。光工事のお知らせの手紙は行方知らずで、個人情報の流失が心配だったが返送されたとの事。仕事でネット使いたかったが、16日遅れで家族間もギスギス。店舗からは電話での謝罪のみ。

妻のスマホをドコモにMNPしようと伺いました。 ついでに端末も安く買えたらいいなと思っていました。 端末はいつも4年以上は使うため、返却せず使い続けられる端末を求めていました。 私がドコモ一筋17年であり、この店舗の表にiPhone12mini一括19800円と貼り紙があったので、Androidだと大きすぎる端末ばかりだし、miniなら妻にちょうど良いと思い家族でドコモに統一しようかと入りました。 受付にいた店員にその旨伝えると、端末購入を伴うと時間が掛かるので今日は予約が多くて時間がないので無理とのことでした。 MNPに時間が掛かるなら分かるけど、端末購入するのに時間が掛かる意味が分かりません。 端末で釣ってるくせに端末を買わせたくないのでしょうか。 目の前で、私と話している店員(私との距離0.5m)が都度都度別の店員(私との距離 1m)とコソコソ話しているのも気分の良いものではありませんでした。 一気にドコモへの信頼が無くなったので、帰りに寄ったケーズデンキで私も妻もソフトバンクにMNPすることにしました。
