しかも、ただのパンク修理だったのに3500円。鴨居駅の近くにある自転車の店より３倍以上高かったです。
もう二度と来ません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車のパンクを修理していただきました。パンク修理しか頼んでいないのに、パンクだけでなく、メンテナンスもしてくれていました。ギコギコいっていたのも直していただき、ブレーキもゆるくなっていたのをきつめにしていただきました。空気もバリバリに入れてあり、乗り心地はすこぶる快適になりました。お店の中も整理整頓されていてきれいでしたよ。応対もとてもよかったです。久しぶりの満足できるおみせでした。

店員さんの自転車知識は充分にあると思います。
しかし、接客におけるサービスが全然出来ていません。
ブレーキの部品が緩んでいるので、
六角レンチを貸してもらいたいという件に対しても
貸していただけませんでした。
確かに少し緩んでいるところを直すということも
立派な注文案件に当たるのかもしれません。
しかし、ただ1箇所1部分を締めるのに
貸してもらえないのはサービス力が無いのかなと
感じました。
あくまで個人的な意見ですか、
もう少し接客に力を入れた方が良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ホイールのゆがみを直してもらい対応が良かったので再度来店しました。
鍵の不具合があり相談しに行ったら「うちに在庫ないから無理っす」と簡単に一言返すのみでした。
応急処置でもいいので聞きたかったのですが、聞きにくい雰囲気の店内で諦めて帰りました。
マニュアル対応できるもの以外は相談しても無駄なようのでがっかりしました。
