自転車を案内してくれた店員さんはとても親切に案内してくれて、楽しく自転車を見ることができました。
それなのに、他の対応に当たったデブの店員の態度があまりにも酷かったです。
客を下に見たような、バカにしたような態度はびっくりしました。
こちらが急に態度を変えて言い方をキツくすれば、態度を少しを改めてくれましたが、こんな酷い店員は久しぶりに見ました。
丁寧に対応してくださる店員さがいらっしゃるのに、これではあまりにももったいないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当たりハズレがあるのかな？購入＆アフターサービスで10回くらい来店しているけど、普通～親切めな対応しかされたことがない。つまり、総じて接客態度は良い方だと思ってます。
割に親身に教えてくれるお兄さんが1人いて、購入のときと故障のときに色々説明してくれました。

買った自転車、スタンドたてたまま引きづられた。書類もわかりにくくてチョット間違えて書いたら『時々いるんですよね〜間違える方』と
わざわざ上から目線で言われた。
サドル盗難防止の鍵のススメ方が買え買えな接客。男も軽々しく色んなパーツ勧めて買わせる体制。ふたり共に何故か上から目線。
自転車気に入ったから買ったけど、店員最悪

良い接客をしてくれる店員さんも中にはいるが、態度の悪い店員さんがいるかぎり近づかないのが無難だ。
万が一、利用する場合には、違和感を感じる店員さんの言うことは信じない方がいい。
言葉巧みに高い自転車を勧めけられたり、親身な対応とは程遠い対応をされる危険性があるからだ。
