醤油豚骨と塩豚骨が選べ、麺は細めで茹で加減を聞かれます。 醤油豚骨チャーシュー麺の味玉付きを購入。 物凄く大判のチャーシューが5枚ほど、味は角煮に近く、食べごたえ抜群です。 ラーメン自体の味は可もなく不可もなく、少し味濃いくらいでした。 次は塩豚骨を頼んでみます。

豚骨醤油チャーシュー麺に白髪ネギトッピングを頂きました。スープは臭みもなく、醤油のコクと豚骨の甘味を感じるもので美味しいと思います。麺は細目で固さ普通の状態でチョイ硬位。チャーシューは少し噛みごたえのある炙りなのですが、ちょっと炙りが強すぎたのか臭いが鼻についたのが少し残念。全体的には美味しいラーメンだと思います。再度確認しに伺うつもりです(笑)

もともと、とんかつつくし亭の居抜きで、席は2人席が1つ、4人席が2つ、カウンター席が12席です。 昔の名残もあるのが懐かしいと思いながら、初日にラーメンを食べました。 日本人ではない方が、ご主人のようですね。 肝心のお味はですが、豚骨がベースで、細麺、メンマとチャーシューと玉子と海苔とほうれん草。 特質した美味しいはないが、不味いとも思わない。 お昼に利用したが、ライスは、気持ちでお金を入れたらセルフでご飯をよそえます。 また、帰りには初日だけなのか、缶コーヒー、烏龍茶が一本お持ち帰りできました。

以前よりもさらに美味しくなったように感じました。博多ラーメンよりも濃厚で家系よりはあっさりめ。両方のいいとこどりをしたようなラーメン。 店内も綺麗だし接客も良いのでまた来ようと思います。
I felt that it was even more delicious than before. Richer than Hakata ramen and lighter than family. Ramen that seems to have the best of both worlds. The inside of the store is beautiful and the customer service is good, so I will come back again.

2018年10月にオープンの比較的新しいラーメン屋。 豚骨醤油と豚骨塩の二本立て。 元はとんかつ屋の居抜きらしく外観で見るより中は広い。 豚骨醤油ラーメン@680 味玉@100 チャーシュー丼@350 ライス@ランチタイム無料 リーズナブルな値段設定。 味はこってりではなく豚骨にしてはあっさり。強い火力で炊いて白濁したスープではなく少し背脂が浮いた澄んだ豚骨スープ。 80〜90年代に流行った豚骨醤油。 ホープ軒のようなパンチのあるタイプではない。昔同じ三鷹の豚力屋がラーメンオンリーだった時の味に似る。 麺は近江製麺の細ストレート麺。細ストレート麺にしては加水率高めでパツパツ系ではない。固さが選べるがこの麺はスープに合っていない。この手の豚骨醤油は中太のちぢれ麺の方が合う。 値段はリーズナブルだが味はいたって普通。食後喉が渇くので化調もそれなり。しかしランチタイムにはあっという間に満席。やはり普通でリーズナブルなのが支持されるよう。普段使いの人にはいいのかも。

A clear pork bone soup with a little backfat, not a cloudy soup cooked with strong heat. Pork bone soy sauce that was popular in the 80's and 90's. It's not a punchy type like Hope Eaves. It resembles the taste of the same Mitaka Burikiya that used to be ramen only. The noodles are thin straight noodles made by Omi. For thin straight noodles, the water content is high and it is not a fluffy type. You can choose the hardness, but this noodle does not go well with the soup. This kind of pork bone soy sauce is more suitable for medium-thick small noodles. The price is reasonable but the taste is normal. I'm thirsty after eating, so the tone is also reasonable. However, it was full at lunch time. After all it seems to be supported that it is normal and reasonable. Maybe it's good for everyday people.
