★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この地に店を構えて数十年、ずっと地元の方に家族で愛されているラーメン屋さん。
来店した日も、やはり家族連れのお客様が多く、この子達が、将来また自分の子供たちを連れてくるんだな、と思うと、何か温かい気持ちになる。
昔から家族揃ってラーメンを食べに来るお店だったと、野ヶ谷に住んでいる方がおっしゃってた。
そんなこの店は、オーソドックスな醤油、塩、味噌。味噌ラーメンも、今流行りの濃厚とか甲殻類系ではなく、あっさり。
だが、味は優しくも、しっかりしており、グイグイ飲める。
そう、こういうラーメンが食べたいのだ。
子供にも安心して食べさせてあげられて、美味しい。それだけでこの店が行列が絶えない理由がわかった。
ボリュームも多く、並で1.5玉強。具沢山。これで750円。一般の並サイズはこどもラーメンという名前で、大人たちも普通に頼んでいる。
今流行りのダブルスープや無化調で作る、名店と言われるお店は、おそらく食べ手の私の舌がバカなのだが、美味しいと感じることがほとんどない。箸と丼が進まない。
そんな中、良きお店に出会えた。

It's delicious because it can be safely eaten by children. That alone made me realize why this store is always in line.
There is a lot of volume, and it is just over 1.5 balls. Lots of ingredients. This is 750 yen. The average size is called children's ramen, and adults usually ask for it.
The restaurant that is said to be a well-known restaurant that makes double soup and non-genuine soup, which is popular nowadays, probably has a stupid tongue as a eater, but I rarely feel it is delicious. Chopsticks and bowl don't move.
Meanwhile, I met a good shop.

モチッと感も在る。中はジューシー。
惚れてしまいそう。

味噌が人気です。餃子も美味しい。この日、私はこどもラーメン(大人一人前の7割くらいの盛りです)の塩バターコーンをいただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a cozy ramen place in residence area. You can choose among three different flavors(miso, shoyu, sio) and various toppings. The ramens come in HUGE size so don't try oomori(bug) size unless you are starving. They also sell home made gyoza(fried umpling) which is at another level compared with other gyoza.
