まさか、鳥取で奥播磨が飲めるとは思いませんでした。
大将おまかせのペースで料理を出してもらうのが最適と思いました。

とにかく日本酒に合うおつまみの研究に余念がないところ。
カニ味噌を凍らせて、それをスライスにしたおつまみは、口のなかでふんわり溶けて、そこに日本酒をくっ、と飲むと本当に最高です。
その他、いつも脂がしっかり乗ったお刺身を出してくれて基本的にハズレがない。
また、馬刺が隠れメニュー的なもので、九州出身の僕からしても、本当に熊本の馬刺です。
基本的に大将のペースで料理を作るので、ヤキモキするお客さんもおられます。ゆっくり時間を過ごしたい方におすすめです。
