★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鮎の甘露煮 焼き物、かまぼこ、金山寺みそから始まりました。メインは鳥取名物のシロイカ姿造りです、こんなの初めてですよ。日本酒、諏訪泉の鵬（八頭の酒）。酒が進んで困るくらいです。その後お酒は瑞泉へ岩牡蠣も夏の楽しみです。のどぐろでしょうか。赤魚の炊いたのが出て来ました。亀の手、イカゲソの天ぷらなど、おいしゅうございました。今年も鳥取の夏を満喫いたしました。
Kanro-ni of sweetfish started with grilled fish paste, kamaboko, and Kanayamaji miso. The main product is Tottori's famous Shiroika figure, which is the first time for me. Sake, Suwa Izumi Peng (eight-headed sake). I'm in trouble because of the sake. After that, go to Zuisen for sake and enjoy rock oysters in the summer. Is it a nodoguro? The red fish cooked came out. There were delicious dishes such as turtle hands and squid tempura. I enjoyed Tottori's summer again this year.
