H	H Tj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「古奈家」に行ってきました。武蔵野うどんを食べるつもりで行きましたが、あまりにも「カレーうどん」の口コミが目立ったためカレーうどんを注文。程なくしてカレーうどんが運ばれてきました。天かすが別皿に盛られているのが珍しいですね。うどんはカレーに沈んでいますが、白っぽくて細い縮れたうどんです。一般的な武蔵野うどんではないですね。全粒粉を使ってないのでしょう。しかし、うどんは程よく固く、適度な細さとウェーブがカレーに絡み、カレーうどんには抜群の相性です。カレーうどんに合ううどんにしたのか、このうどんがカレーにぴったりはまったのか、一度聞いてみたいですね。カレーの味は割りとマイルドな食べやすい味付けです。私個人的には、カレーうどんは「利静庵甚五郎」の辛いカレーうどんの方が好きですね。次回は田舎うどんを食べたいと思います。ちなみに、古奈屋ではありません、「古奈家」です。カレーうどんで有名な巣鴨のお店は“古奈屋”ですが。 I went to "Konaya".
