M	M I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約をして伺いました。 3800円のランチと4000円のフカヒレのコースです。どちらも出てくるお料理は見た目にも芸術的で、ビックリしたのは、海老のマヨネーズ炒めです。赤いプツプツした綺麗な彩り。パクリとひとくち食べると甘さがプチっと広がって、ん？　おみかんでした。お料理にフルーツが入っているものは得意ではなかった私ですが、絶妙にマッチしていてとても美味しいです。他にも　バナナチップや赤いプツプツは、ラズベリー、キャラメルで包まれたクルミ、上には炒って砕いたピーナッツ。下には数種類の野菜、沢山の食材で、とても美しく美味しい一品でした。フカヒレのあんかけ炒飯も絶品。器もそれぞれ美しく、XO醬の炒飯の器は、スプーンで最後まで上手く掬える丸みのある器で　前菜からデザート、菓子まで、提供にワクワク、見て美しく食べて美味しい最高に幸せなひと時でした。ホールのスタッフの女性も、控えめな素敵な方で、気持ちの良い接客でした。又　伺います。 I made a reservation and asked.
