な	なめしさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リッツカールトン内にある中華です。ランチのオーダーブッフェで何回か行ったことあったのですが、ディナーでの利用は初めてです。今はオーダーブッフェしてない様です。また復活して欲しいなぁ。さて、コースは、香桃ディナーコースにしました。コースの前にピクルスを出して頂きましたがこれがすっごく美味しくて、素材の味を活かしつつ、優しい酸味でいくらでも食べれそうでした。肝心のコース料理は初めの鯛のサラダからとても美味しかったです。想像していたより全体的にシンプルな味付けだなと思いました。ですが、なかなか高級店でシンプルな味付けなところってないですよね？八角を使った料理とかが苦手なので、私的には好印象でした。スタッフの方がとっても気の利く方ばかりで、居心地も良かったです。また利用させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました。 Chinese food in the Ritz-Carlton.
