加	加藤栄一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの訪問でした。子供が小さい時によく通っていたお店なのですが、行くお店が増えて、サイクルから外れておりました。先日、知人のFacebookに登場していたのを見て、家内と久しぶりに行こうという話になりました。ところが、直前では予約が取れないお店になっていました。昔から美味しかったのですが、場所がわかりにくいこともあって、予約なしでも入れたのですが、今時のグルメブームや、ネット検索が発達したせいでしょうか。タイミングもあるようですが、最低でも1週間前には予約が必要のようです。今日は、家内がかなり前から予約してくれていて、やっと訪問が実現。カウンターの真ん中の席に座れました。調理は息子さんが中心になっていましたが、お父様もお母様もお元気のご様子。お父様が従業員に厳しく指導する姿も健在ですし、お母様の丁寧過ぎる対応も全く変わらず、懐かしく思いました。お料理の味のほうは、本当に美味しいです。予約が取れないのも当然ですね。しばらく来ておりませんでしたが、これからまた訪問サイクルに入れることになりました。 It was my first visit in a long time. ベ	ベルーガさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最強且つ上品な中華料理屋があった。春巻、小海老のチリソース、焼売、野菜スープ、鶏肉とカシュナッツの炒め、かしわの唐揚げ、マーボー豆腐、やきめし、あんかけ焼きそば。全て美味い！こんな最高の時間をありがとう！そう伝えたくなるような味でした。見た目も綺麗で、惚れ惚れしました。特筆しても、かしわの唐揚げは異次元。こんなにジューシーに揚げられたかしわは、さぞ幸せでしょう。食べてるこちらも幸せなのだから。ツレは何気なく頼んだ野菜スープに感動しておりました。レタスのシャキシャキ感が堪らなかったです。上七軒の通りのスジを入ったところにある、雰囲気のある糸仙さん。女将さんの素晴らしい心遣い。職人の方々もテキパキと働いておられて、見ているこちらも気分が良くなりました。また必ず伺いたいと思います。また来るために、あえて酢豚は我慢しました。予約でいっぱいですので、必ず予約をして行くべきです。 There was the strongest and most elegant Chinese restaurant.
