値段の割にはビミョー
ソースカツ丼なら明治亭、ローメンならうしおへ行った方が100倍幸せになれる。
やたら道沿いにに看板出してるので試しに訪問。
連れがマスターみたいな人に、ソースカツ丼のカツが大きいですね！と話しかけると、
はぁ、別にこれくらいは普通ですけど？
みたいな、塩対応のシラけた返しをされた。
連れはソースカツ丼についての知識がなくそのように発言しただけなので不憫に感じた。
まぁ、確かにこの店よりもっとカツがでかい店も、うまい店も圧倒的に多いからね。
この店は不味くはないけど、並レベル。
値段相応とは言えないけど。
確かに大したことないレベルのメシだけど、せっかく褒めてくれてんだからから「有難うございます」の一言くらい言うべきじゃないかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローメンと言うものを食べたくなって伊那まで行って直感で入りました。
13:30過ぎと昼食時をかなり外れてましたが、駐車場は割と埋まっていました（お店の横に6-7台分と他にもあるようです）
入ってみたら待ちは無かったですが、ほぼ満席でした。
地元のお客さんで賑わうお店っぽい感じですが、一見でも丁寧に接客してもらえました。
チャーシューソースローメンを食べましたが、何だかスパイシーかつ少し甘めなソースが不思議に美味しかったです。
近くに寄ったらまた行ってみたいお店です。

ローメンは店によって味付けや麺が違いますが、レモンやコーンが載っていてビジュアル的にも楽しめる一品です。正にソースローメンと！美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スープジンギスローメン820円を頂きました。コクのあるスープが太麺にうまくからんで美味しい。初めて食べる独特な味に感動。恐れていたマトンの臭みはほとんどなく、旨さが際立つ。調味料のガーリック、生姜パウダー、ソースをお好みで入れるスタイルも良い。猪肉のソース味のローメンも頂きましたが、これも独特のソースが絶妙な味わい。焼きそばに似ているが、個性的な味で旨い。
店内は広く、焼きそば、ソースカツ丼、ピザ、デザートなど、他のメニューも充実。

伊那市民であるからには一度は食べておきたいと思い、数あるローメンのお店の中からシャトレさんをチョイス。
ローメンと言えばマトンですが、シャトレさんは他のお肉も数種類用意されています。
ですがやはり先ずは基本のマトンで、汁無しの方をいただきました。
味付けはあまり無いと人から聞いていましたが、シャトレさんのは元からしっかりお味が付いていました。
しかも非常に好みの味付けで美味しかったです。
せっかくなので1種類ずつ調味料を使い味変していきましたが、私的には元のお味にトッピングのレモンを絞って食べるのが1番美味しかったです。

Lomen is mutton, but Chatelet has several other types of meat.

I've heard from people that there isn't much seasoning, but Chatelet-san had a good flavor from the beginning.
Moreover, it was delicious with a very favorite seasoning.
Since it was a big deal, I used different seasonings one by one to change the taste, but personally, it was the most delicious to squeeze the lemon topping to the original taste.
