今回デラックス弁当を６時頃に購入して持ち帰り時間10分程度で食べたのですが、唐揚げの下に敷いてある千切りキャベツが傷んでいたのと、ご飯に添えてあるモヤシのナムルが腐敗臭がしていて食べられませんでした。
1000円無駄にした気がします。
梅雨明けの暑い時季です、付け合わせの選び方や、下ごしらえの衛生管理など、この店は安心できないと感じてしまいました。
店内は二組くらいのイートインでしたので、そこまで忙しい訳ではないですよね？
モヤシが傷みやすいのはお分かりですよね？
2～3年前頃は焼き鳥も美味しくて、クーポンを利用するとまぁまぁコスパ良く楽しめていました。
コロナ以降も、店内飲食とテイクアウトがそれぞれ数回といった頻度で利用していましたがもともと弁当のコスパはあまり良いとは言えない感じでした。
お店応援のつもりで利用していましたが。
味付けなどは個人の主観が出てしまうので一方的な評価はできないと考えておりますが、根本的な欠点として食事を提供するお店としては不適切と感じました。

There were about two sets of eat-ins inside the store, so you're not that busy, right?
You know that bean sprouts are easily damaged, right?
Around a couple of years ago, yakitori was delicious, and when I used the coupon, I enjoyed it at a good cost.
Even after Corona, I used to eat and drink in the store and take out several times, but I didn't feel that the cost performance of the bento was very good.
I used it with the intention of supporting the store.
I don't think it's possible to make a one-sided evaluation because the seasoning is personally subjective, but I felt that it was inappropriate as a restaurant that offers meals as a fundamental drawback.

星0を選択できるならしたい。
卵かけご飯と唐揚げのセットを40分待たされた挙げ句唐揚げが火が通ってない。
となりの家族の焼き鳥は丸焦げ。
隣の隣も40分以上待たされてクレーム出してました。
石神井公園からすぐだし入りやすい雰囲気なので皆さん騙されて入らないように気を付けて下さい。
100%不快な思いをします。

The yakitori of my neighbor's family is charred.
The neighbor next to me also made a complaint after waiting for more than 40 minutes.
It's easy to get in from Shakujii Park, so please be careful not to be fooled by everyone.
I feel 100% uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オペレーションが悪すぎる。オーダーしてから食事が出てくるまでにかなり待たされる。後から来た客の料理が先に出てきたりと待っているだけでもストレスが溜まる。
アルバイトと思われる従業員の対応も良くない。
オーナーもしくは店長の指導スキルが圧倒的に足りていない。
値段を下げるべき。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり外食にケチをつけない私ですが、久々にガックリ来てしまいました。とにかく提供スピードが遅い。焼き鳥3本の丼に45分も提供時間がかかるとは。届いた食事もえ?これで1000円?といったクオリティ。しっかり調べなかった我々に非があるのかもしれませんが、残念な印象を持ちました。

ランチ定食を頼みましたが、来るのがすごく遅い上、スープが仕込み中で後から出すとのこと。ほぼ食べ終わる頃に来たスープは白湯かと思うくらい味なし。
指摘しましたが、特に謝罪することなく…
定食に付いていたキャベツは傷んでいたのか、ドレッシングが腐っていたのか食べれるものじゃなかったです。
スープもキャベツも味見して出しているのか…疑問です。
飲食店やっていて、お金をもらって提供しているとは思えない料理でした。
CS度もいまいち。お客を全然見ずに流れ作業でしている感じでした。
久しぶりの来店で、以前とは全然違い残念でした。二度と行くことはないです。

18時まではドリンクが安かったり、子供のドリンクが無料だったりと色々と工夫してます。
久しぶりに行きましたがスタッフさんが以前より感じが良くなっていました。
