J	Julius Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「トカラうどん」とおでんの「コンニャク、スジ肉」を頂きました。「トカラ」とは？最初の「ト」は「トンカツのト」、「カ」は「カレーのカ」、「ラ」は「ライスのラ」で、ここにうどんの麺が入ります。席に運ばれて来た「トカラうどん」を見ると、もう、「カツカレー」と「カレーうどん」が一緒になった豪華で、それでいてボリュームもあるカツカレーうどんです!!ネギと天かすは各テーブルに置いてあるので、どちらもたっぷり入れました。早速頂きましたが、カレーは中辛で、昔、家で食べてた家庭的な感じの味です。トンカツも揚げて熱々で肉が柔らかく、衣もサクサクでした。これだけでも立派なカツカレーで美味しいんですが、これに「うどんの麺」がプラスされてます。うどんの麺もしっかりとコシがあり、伸びと弾力のある若干細目の麺で、カレーのルゥーに絡めて啜るとカレーうどんを食べてる感じで美味しいです。とにかく「カツカレー」と「カレーうどん」を一緒に食べれた感じになり、満足感いっぱい、腹いっぱいです。朝飯、昼飯兼用になりました。おでんの「コンニャク、スジ肉」も出汁がよく染みてて美味しかったです。「瀬戸うどん」さんは、うどんのメニューも豊富で、他にも「ラーメン」もあるので、機会があれば次回は「味噌ラーメン」を頂いてみたいです。あと自家製麺で、「生うどん麺」、「生茶ざる麺」、「生中華麺」を販売してます。買って帰って、家で「瀬戸うどん」さんの味を楽しむのも良いかもしれません。 I had "Tokara udon" and "konnyaku, tendon meat" of oden. Since it is placed, I put in plenty of both. I got it immediately, but the curry is medium spicy and has a homely taste that I used to eat at home. The pork cutlet was also fried, hot and tender, and the clothes were crispy. This alone is a wonderful cutlet curry and delicious, but "udon noodles" are added to this. The udon noodles are also firm and elastic, and they are slightly finer, and when you sip them with the curry roux, they are delicious as if you were eating curry udon. Anyway, it feels like I was able to eat "Katsu Curry" and "Curry Udon" together, and I am full of satisfaction and fullness. It can be used for both breakfast and lunch. The oden "konnyaku, tendon" was also delicious because the soup stock was well-stained. "Seto Udon" has a wide variety of udon menus and also has "ramen", so if you have a chance, I would like to have "miso ramen" next time. We also sell "raw udon noodles", "raw tea colander noodles", and "raw Chinese noodles" as homemade noodles. It may be good to buy it and enjoy the taste of "Seto Udon" at home.
