肉うどんを食べました。 出汁がよく出ていますが、濃くて甘い。肉も甘辛でした。好みがあると思いますが、吉田のうどんはもっと出汁と味噌を感じるほうが好きです。 麺もかたいので(かたすぎ)、吉田のうどんを初めて食べる方はびっくりするかも。 ゆでキャベツが適当すぎるw

以前、家族旅行先で立ち寄った富士吉田うどん系のせんしゅうです? 武蔵野のうどんも腰が強いのですが、富士吉田はトップクラスですね笑笑 お陰で腹持ちがいい‼️ もう数年前ですが、今も健在でしたね〜 写真の唐辛子を胡麻油と混ぜた、すりだねって言ったかなぁ〜❓ これが抜群に美味しかった❤️ また行きたいです。

肉天うどん(並、温つけ、温泉たまご) つけ汁は肉入りで出汁の効いて旨みたっぷりやや濃いめ。 麺は富士吉田うどん、固め、極太だが味がよい。量は並でもかなり多め。 かき揚げはタマネギ、にんじんの細切りを薄い衣で揚げてあり、サクサク食感。 温泉たまごはサービスでついてくる。 その他茹でキャベツが少々。 土曜日開店11時の10分前に7人の行列。

肉天わかめ860円を注文。 天ぷら大きい。汁と麺の硬さを調整可能。麺の硬さを1つ柔らかくしたら硬め好きの自分には丁度良かった。 普通盛りでもお腹いっぱい。 美味しかった。

日曜13時過ぎに到着。 カウンター×9、4人掛座敷6、2人掛座敷2…位だったかな。 店内は満席(靴、脱ぎます)。 イタダキマシタのは〈肉天つけ〉。 薄めだけど、丼の蓋になりそうな天ぷら(かき揚げ)。 それほど厚みはありませんが、カラッと美味しかったです♪そして…うどん。 つけにした為、かなり…メチャクチャかたいw ここまでカタイ吉田のうどんは初です(^o^;) 普通にかけを注文した旦那の一杯はちょうど良かった。 つけ、かなりかたいので御注意。 但し、麺の茹でかげん、汁の濃さはリクエスト可能です。 駐車場は2ヶ所(店舗横と徒歩数分の所)。 店員サンもテキパキ感じヨカッタです。

Please note that it is quite hard to put on. However, you can request the boiled noodles and the strength of the soup. There are two parking lots (next to the store and a few minutes walk). The clerk San is also a nice feeling.

They've really streamlined their service since the last time I came here. Super firm chewy hand made udon noodles. This is the furthest West from Fuji you can get yoshida no udon, a local specialty. They're mainly open at lunch (as most yoshida no udon places are) so I don't recommend trying any other time. Excellent food and service! A real local hang out. No English menu. I like to get the tempura, it's very fresh.

Toughest noodles I've ever chewed. Yes, they warned me the cold noodles were tougher than the warm ones. But my girlfriend had the warm ones and even they were easily the toughest udon noodles I had tried. The cold ones were a chore. I spent 45 minutes there trying to chomp them down, and left bloated and full. Jaw muscles hurt for days. If this is your thing, go ahead and try, but I really recommend going for the warm ones since they're more or less chewable. I'm just so impressed with the toughness that I'm giving it three stars.
