★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉田のうどん！冷やしうどんは本当の吉田のうどんのコシを体感できます。吉田のうどんを食べたことがない方は他のうどんと同じ感覚で啜ると苦労すると思いますので、2～3本くらいを少しずつ啜るのをおすすめします。今回は信玄冷やしうどんと肉メシを頼みました。是非吉田のうどんと言えば、辛みタネ？辛味噌でも七味でもないので味わってみて！昼間はかなり混み合いますのでご注意を！

刀削麺のような不思議な麺で、愕きましたが、食べたらビックリ。
とても美味しい。
出汁の入った？唐辛子、をかけると旨味が倍増します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋焼きうどんを食べに行きました ｺｼの強い食べ応えある麺とキャベツや肉､ﾜｶﾒなどの具がたっぷり入った味噌と醤油仕立てでとても美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました かき揚げもひとつﾄﾞｰﾝとのっていました 辛みで味変して食べ終えたらﾎﾟｶﾎﾟｶとあったまりました!
