★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺のコシが半端なく食べ終わる頃には顎が疲れます。天婦羅は大きく、その下に牛肉が隠れてます。
ツユは魚介系の濃いめの味でした。関西風のダシならもっと良かったです。
餃子の皮はうどんを利用していて、モチモチです。最初に酢と胡椒が入ったものを出してくれ、醤油やラー油をいれない方が美味しいと思います。
 The jaws get tired when the noodles are completely eaten. Tempura is big and the beef is hidden under it.
Tsuyu had a deep seafood flavor. The Kansai style dashi was better.
The dumpling skin uses udon and is mochi mochi. The first thing that comes with vinegar and pepper is that you don't need soy sauce or chili oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末限定の特濃煮干しラーメン旨かったです。うどん餃子もモチモチ厚い皮でボリューミー。
ポストイットに手書きする注文スタイル、お水コップの位置等、店内ポップ案内がなく若干分かりにくいです。
The Tokuno Niboshi ramen was delicious on weekends only. Udon dumplings are also voluminous with thick skin.
There is no pop guide in the store, such as the order style handwritten on post-it and the location of the water cup, so it is a little difficult to understand.

優しい出汁が特徴の店主自慢のうどんは、何にでもあう。
ちなみに、豚の角煮は思ってる以上に柔らかい。

しっかりとした太さと硬さは、流石、吉田うどんです???
冷たいうどんは、ぶっかけ出汁に、胡麻油を加えているので、深みの有る味になっています?
吉田うどんの麺の硬さが苦手な方は、かけうどんがお勧めです?チョッピリ麺が柔らかくなっていますよ‼️
また、ラーメンもメニューに有りますから、食べてみては如何でしょうか?
このお店は、注文を書いて、店員に渡します?お冷やもセルフ❗️食事後の食器の片付けもセルフです?

吉田うどんは久々に食べたけどやっぱりかたかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビックリするほど堅くて太くて短いうどんでした。味噌味の肉汁天ぷらワカメで食べました。普通のうどんとは全然違う食べ物と思った方が良いです。650円でこれだけ食べられるなら うちの近所にあったらうれしいです。また甲府に行くことがあったら 食べに行きたいです。
It was a surprisingly hard, thick and short udon noodle. I ate it with miso-flavored gravy tempura wakame seaweed. You should think of it as a food that is completely different from ordinary udon noodles. If you can eat this much for 650 yen, I'd be happy if you were in my neighborhood. If I ever go to Kofu, I want to go eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉田のうどんらしい、骨太で嚙み応えのある顎が疲れる麺でした。うどん餃子は、焼きは時間がかかると言われたので、水餃子にしたけど、好みではなかった。あと餃子はうどんに比べてコスパが悪いですね。
It was Yoshida's udon-like noodles with a thick and chewy jaw that made me tired. Udon dumplings were said to take a long time to bake, so I chose water dumplings, but I didn't like them. Also, dumplings have a worse cost performance than udon.
