藤	藤原弘智 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数多くほうとうを食べましたが、総合で今の所、1番の店です。店の外観、店内は、満点。料理(ほうとう)もとてもほうとうらしい味で出汁もしっかりとれていて、麺もこしがあり、食べ応えあり。なんといっても具が豊富！全部入り食べましたが、凄いボリュームです。満点。きっちり作っているようで、出てくるまで30分位はかかります。コスパは、他店と同じくらいです。店員も対応よし。 I ate a lot of hoto, but for now, it's the number one restaurant. The exterior and interior of the store are perfect. The food (hoto) has a very hot taste, the soup stock is firm, the noodles are chewy, and there is a response to eating. After all, there are plenty of ingredients! I ate it all, but it's a great volume. Perfect score. It seems that it is made exactly, and it takes about 30 minutes to come out. Cospa is about the same as other stores. The clerk is also available.
f	festivaljapan festivaljapan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正月だというのに、来客が多く、しかも車ではないと来にくい場所に、山梨県外から大勢来ているのにはびっくり。野菜ほうとうを注文したが、野菜の具が大きくて、手作り感があり、見た目とコスパは良い。だが、味はあっさり目で、いたって普通の味噌鍋と同じ気がした。これなら家庭でも作れそう。最も山梨県民は家で作るだろうが、こんな駅から離れた場所にわざわざ多くの客が開店時から来るのが理解出来ない。また、混んでいる時、料理(ほうとう)が出てくるのに、かなり待たされた。具材が多く、こだわって、最初から調理をしているからかもしれないが、地方ならまだしも、都会では許容できない人がいるだろう。したがって、時間にゆとりがある時に来たほうが良い。こんな辺鄙な場所にあるのに、意外にも店員らの雰囲気は良い。店舗は民家を改築したのか、入り口は分かりにくく、しかも狭くて頭をぶつけやすく、店内は段差が多い。気をつけていたのだが、頭をぶつけてしまった。大柄な人は油断したら必ず、ぶつけるだろう。これは早急に改善して欲しい。 Even though it's New Year, I'm surprised that many people come from outside Yamanashi prefecture to places where there are many visitors and it's difficult to come without a car. Also, when it was crowded, I had to wait a long time for the food to come out. It may be because there are a lot of ingredients and they are particular about cooking from the beginning, but even in rural areas, there may be people who are unacceptable in the city. Therefore, it is better to come when you have time to spare. Even though it is in such a remote place, the atmosphere of the clerk is surprisingly good. Perhaps the store was a renovated private house, the entrance is difficult to understand, and it is narrow and easy to hit your head, and there are many steps inside the store. I was careful, but I hit my head. If you're a big person, you'll definitely hit him if you're not careful. I want this to be improved as soon as possible.
吉	吉丸絵里子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古民家風？本物の古民家だと思う。ほうとうは、具材が大きくカットされています。その為（煮込むのに時間がかかる）、提供まで時間がかかりますが、とても美味しかったです。でも正直に言うと熱すぎて提供直後は味が分からなかったですw。時間が経っても具材が大きいので、煮崩れもなく、熱すぎたスープも程よい熱さになり、ほうとうも美味しく食べることが出来ました。 Old folk house style? I think it's a real old folk house. The ingredients of hoto are cut into large pieces. Therefore (it takes time to simmer), it takes time to serve, but It was very delicious. But to be honest, it was so hot that I didn't know the taste right after it was served. Since the ingredients are large over time, the soup that was too hot did not crumble, and the soup became moderately hot, and I was able to eat the hoto deliciously.
