アイポッドタッチの充電器の不具合でアップルから指定され、行かされたのがここ。 新品で購入したが、1度も充電できず。新品を送ってくるのかと思ったらわざわざ差し替えに行かすアップルの対応にも苛ついたが、ここの対応も相当わるかった。 ・まずアイポッドタッチの充電器なのにアイパットのアクセサリーの故障ですか?と聞いてきた→(きちんとアップルから申し送りされてないのか?)違います。 ・充電できないか調べたら充電できてますけど?と言われた→見てみてるとやはり出来ていなかった。充電マークをこの店員は知らない様子。 ・極めつけは新品には交換できません。修理ですと言ってきた。不良品送りつけておいて新品に交換できないとは!それは困ると伝えると交換の修理ですと。はーい?最初からすぐ交換で対応します。ご足労をおかけし、申し訳ございませんでしたと言えばいいのに何だこの店?この店員だけがズレてるのか?

It seems that this clerk does not know the charging mark. ・ The ultimate product cannot be replaced with a new one. I said it was a repair. You can't send a defective product and replace it with a new one! If you tell me that it is a problem, it will be a replacement repair. Yes? We will replace it immediately from the beginning. I'm sorry for the trouble, but what is this store? Is only this clerk out of alignment?

iPhoneの修理で伺いました。 店内が綺麗で、担当してくださった方も丁寧でした(^^) iPhoneもすぐ直ったので良かったです。
I asked you to repair your iPhone. The inside of the store was beautiful, and the person in charge was also polite (^^) I'm glad that the iPhone was fixed soon.

I went there after calling them to confirm they would take a look at my iPhone and having explained the situation that my phone overheated and wouldn’t turn on. After arriving, they refused to look at it because it wouldn’t turn on despite having already told them it wouldn’t. They just told me to call Apple, but my phone didn’t work obviously, so I asked them if they had a phone I could use. They said no, so I came back home and called Apple, who told me to go back to that service center. I told the Apple rep that they wouldn’t diagnose my phone, and the rep told me it was strange because it’s their job to find out what’s wrong before Apple can decide what to do next. Anyway they kept referring me back and forth between the two and neither tried to help at all. My phone was only just over a year old and due to it being past the one year warranty Apple was of no help either. In the end I went to a third-party service center that provided excellent service and repaired everything without giving me any trouble. This service center was absolutely useless with bad customer service.
