Apple’s customer service was completely useless and their service center refused to even take a look at my phone to diagnose the issue. They only quoted a ridiculously high price to fix it and said they would delete all my data. However, Smahospital was able to fix it for a much cheaper price and left the data just how I left it. They said it would take 1-2 weeks, but after just 1 week they called and said it was fixed after replacing an internal component. My phone works good as new now!! I highly recommend Smahospital! They saved my iPhone at a very reasonable price and kept all of my data intact, which was the most important thing for me. Plus, their staff were very friendly and explained everything as needed. I will only come here from now on.
