は	はる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【修理後の不具合】・画面修理の翌日に、画面が浮いてきた・画面の反応が悪くなった・インカメにホコリが入って使えなくなった・なぜか無断でFace ID登録が消されていた・「バッテリーに関する重要なメッセージ」という通知が頻繁に出る・バッテリーの状態を判断する機能が使えなくなった【経緯】画面修理と、カメラのレンズ交換が目的で訪問。「バッテリーも交換したほうがいい」とオススメされました。 (この時に正規のバッテリーでなくなるデメリットの説明一切なし) それならコスト的にも新品のiPhoneを購入したほうがいいと思い一度はお断りしましたが、「あと2年は使えるようにします」というお言葉と、1万円近いお値引きもあり、修理をお願いしました。その結果、修理後も上記の不具合がありました。【現在】元々のお約束である「あと2年は使える」状態ではないと思ったので返金&元の状態に戻すことを要求しましたが、元の部品を捨てたため出来ないとのこと。再修理をして頂きとりあえず問題なく使えてはいますが、バッテリーの問題は解決していませんし、対応も満足のいくものではありませんでした。アイプラスさんの修理技術も信用ならないので、いつ別の不具合が出るかと不安な日々です。このようなトラブルもあるということを了承出来る方のみアイプラスさんを利用したらいいと思います。 [Problem after repair] ・ The screen floated the day after the screen was repaired. ・ The screen became unresponsive ・ Dust has entered the in-camera and it can no longer be used. ・ For some reason, Face ID registration was deleted without permission. ・ Frequent notifications of "important battery message" ・ The function to judge the battery status can no longer be used.
