鹿沼市内で一番お気に入りのお蕎麦屋さん。 とは言え今日は久しぶりの訪問。 嫁と娘はサラダ蕎麦。旬の野菜と海老天が乗ったぶっかけ蕎麦です。 私はいつもと同じ大盛り蕎麦とかき揚げ単品。 蕎麦つゆがチョッと変わったかな⁉️ それと今日の蕎麦は短めでした。 その上でやっぱり露伴の蕎麦は美味かった?満足です。 久しぶりでも店員さんが覚えてくれていたようで、何も言わなくても山葵多目で提供していただけたのは嬉しかったです(笑)

細めで匂いがしつこくない、何というか都会派なお蕎麦。 かき揚げ100円は安い、もしエビ欲しさに天ぷら盛り合わせ頼んだら満腹超えて苦しくなりそう。蕎麦湯あり。 もう少し早い時季なら庭の紅葉を眺めながら食事できたんだろうか あと「東京の客お断り」的な貼り紙あり。まあその方が地元の客が安心できるとここでは判断したんでしょう

かき揚げおろしそば大盛りをいただきました。夏野菜のかき揚げが2枚と大根おろし、水菜、きゅうり、海苔がトッピングされていて、お蕎麦は極細ですがしっかりコシがあり、ボリュームも十分。お汁は出汁の効いた薄めのタイプ。サクサクのかき揚げ、極細麺、お汁の相性がバッチリですね。さっぱりと食べきりました。ただ、薬味のわさびはもうちょいほしかったですね。それと刻みネギはいらないかなと思います。お店の雰囲気もいいですし、カウンター席もあるので、一人でも入りやすいお店です。またお邪魔したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。

栃木県産の蕎麦がこんなに美味しいとは。 しかも夏の終わり、蕎麦には厳しい季節にもかかわらずだ。 もし蕎麦が失敗だった時の保険に天ぷらも頂いたが、茗荷の天ぷらが入っていた。茗荷は好物である。天ぷらにするのは鹿沼でしか出会った事がないが、これだけで一杯いけそうだ。 しかし、こんな良い体験も露伴先生に記憶を書き換えられた結果かも知れないのでご自身でご確認いただきたい。 ここを変えればもっと良くなると思う(俺が)ってところを記述しておく。 好みは人それぞれなので、個人の感想だと思って欲しい。 ・薬味は本当にそばを引き立てるものになってるか?特に葱の臭いはちょっと無理、粉山葵も興醒め。薬味は不味い蕎麦を我慢して食べるためにある様なもので、本当に美味しい蕎麦を邪魔せず、むしろ引き立てるなんて早々簡単にあるものではない。 ・汁は、昆布出汁の効いた甘ったるいのあまり好きではない。しかし辛い汁は玄人以外に理解されにくいので難しいだろうから、ちょっと気の利いた味わいの天日塩を添えて頂けると嬉しい。天ぷらにも塩がいい。 ・蕎麦茶は美味しいが、そろそろ温かいお茶にして頂けないだろうか。 ・蕎麦はそのままで!茹でも締めもこのままで良い。変えてくれるな。茹で過ぎとかもっと冷たい水で締めろとか雑音は無視して欲しい。歯応え至上主義の人には味と香りはわからんのだ。

日曜日12:10に再訪、駐車場あき1台。4名入店待ち15分待って入店。もりそば大盛900円を注文、10分で運ばれてきて来ました。後1組来店で蕎麦売り切れたらしく4組帰って行きました。 以前売り切れで閉店だったので日曜日11:30に初訪問、趣味の良い店舗ですね。 もりそば大盛・かき揚げ1000円を注文。3分で運ばれてきました。細めで香りこしとも良い蕎麦、昆布だしがきいたつゆ、かき揚げ油切りがいまひとつ、CPも良く美味しくいただきました。定期的に再訪します。
